What shoulder enchant is this? +10 int +7 vers

I've been looking through all the online lists of enchants I can find but can't see this shoulder enchant anywhere; +10 intellect + 7 versatility (scales down to 7 int and 5 vers at lvl 59). Does anyone know what it is called? It seems like it could be BiS for a few specs

It may be the pre-nerf version of one of the crag enchants? I know I have a number of random leg enchants that have 1 more stat than the current versions.

This is one of 4 Inscription enchants. It is very likely he is using the Intellect / spirit (Versatility) version.

on him at his level 59, it is 7 int/ 5 versa .. the 10 int/7 versa is at max lvl, which is lvl85

If he trained cats or Northrend inscr in the window any level could, this may be how it was obtained

Is it possible to do the trade window exploit with shoulders? If so then that is likely the inscription from the Sons of Hodir reputation that a max level bought then did the funky trade window thing. The Sons of Hodir Rep Inscription is +Int/+Vers.

The shoulders it's applied to here are not BoE.

edit- the sons of hodir shoulder affix gives 6 int and 2 vers at level 59. Just did it.

edit- annnnnd the lesser sons of hodir one gives 5 int and 2 vers….. cuz I bought the wrong one first.
