19s: constant Twink v Twink games, good players in it.
20 veteran ( i tested in ftp account) : average players, lots of levelers, consumables spaming almost making speedpots a must have if you are playing vs any twinks.
29s: dead atm 5 hour q for a game the losing team will afk out 90% of the time.

I've noticed atleast every other bg if one is already going. Pops seemed to be fast for dps since healers are usually capped to 2 a game, rarely 3.

Most 19's are now queueing wsg specific and since you're looking to play wsg, I'd suggest go 19. Queue times suck compared to before the patch but if u dont mind waiting it out then sure... Me personally, I hate paying for the game only to sit in queue for hours to get a pop where i end up in a game where the enemy team has like 6 healers lol, sigh... So because of the queue times I'm rerolling to play 20 vet from now on until they fix this bullshit bracket separation so queues pop faster or until classic comes out.
