Because waiting for the odd pop in a bracket on life support is so much better. This together with the gear homogenization in pvp are good changes provided they don't find a way to screw it up like Blizzard always does. Nothing stops all the special snowflakes from playing wargames if they want to have a winter of their own.

Pugs will get less quality games for sure, but the bigger the community grows, the better.

Personally, I can't wait for this change. I'll finally be able to experience brackets I never had the opportunity to back in the day, i.e. 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60. This change will resurrect dead brackets.

To the people complaining about shit players in bgs with them, you're shit yourself so quell your arrogance. Personally, I'm looking forward to killing idiots and reaping dem sweet killing blows. I'm one of those guys that plays to kill and defend, never to win.
