no just the games give exp now . that means if your twinking at lvl 10 on a f2p account you will have to grind them via world pvp now instead of just dailys

Read more carefully, F2P non 20 (1-19) twinks lose their main sourcr of heirlooms, cause Dailies give exp (at least in the video sleepy linked) and 1-19 have to avoid exp.
