They said they will implelement enchants ? They did.
They said they will implement scaling? They did
They said they will remove certain features in MoP. They did, albeit halfassed.
They said they will move the WSG gy in cata, they did.

Everything they said they will do, the actually do it

As for 29s, they will most likely implement them, heck its probably not that difficult considering from Classic up until Cataclysm the brackets were 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc so they don't even need to recode anything its all still in their gamefiles

Minor technicality: Blizz does not save code. When they change something, the old code is gone. It's why they done have Vanilla, TBC, or Wrath servers...

This is so very not true. Every single software company makes and saves backup data of old code/software. Why would Blizzard make an exception? The only reason we dont have oldschool servers is because they don't want to make any...

Despite this looking more like a personal jab rather than a genuine question... In this context it would mean Franciska is almost expecting somebody to ask him/her for the source (the 24 thread s/he mentioned)

Many people state "inb4". I have asked this question twice today alone.
Why would I take "personal jab" at someone I don't even know? I am just wondering , psychologically speaking, why must these people present themselves as being " in before" something. I believe it is because they are used to being" after" something. And now they some control of being " before" something. That truly is the root of rage quitting. The "y generation" has really never had to deal with constant loss, or win, of competition.
I could go on and on but this is not the forum for that issue... Have a Happy Easter!

It was a discussion on the 29 forum a couple months ago on how Nail Spitter and other stuff gfed items broke games. 29 and 39 had to ban marksmanship Hunters because of Nail Spitter beng so rediculous. So actually, it would be nice if i could provide the source, but then i´d have to dig alooooot. Well, it wasn´t just Nail Spitter. Raptor Hunter Tunic and tons of other stuff like Zealot´s Robe and Skull Breaker and many other gfed items discouraged new 29 players from joining.

Has the QQing over 29's already started months before the bracket has even been announced? This is pathetic to say the least. Come on people, get a grip on reality.
Besides, why does anyone have to " prove a source". Their word should be good enough. It is good enough for me. If anyone here asks me to prove something they can go take a long walk off a short pier. It just a game for Pete's sake. It would be different if it was work related, but it is't.

Always with the personal attacks, name calling and never on topic. If you have any issues with me plz take it to PMs and cease polluting our fine discussion threads with your immature acts, I can easily ignore you there.

As stated in a previous concerning glyphs. Glyphs won't scale nine levels. That is unless something drastic changes. Trial account will not even have access to them unless the cap is raised to at least 25. Or the glyph access is lowered. And the mechanics of glyph is they really don't "scale" per se. They just affect an ability, most of them any way.

Found something interesting while reviewing the priest notes and datamined skills: Holy Nova is now a level 20 disc spell.

Holy Nova is no longer available via a Major Glyph, and is instead a Discipline specialization spell. Its mana cost has been lowered and its healing increased. It is intended as the efficient area-of-effect (AoE) healing spell for Discipline Priests.

Arcane Barrage now replaces Fire Blast for Arcane Mages.
Arcane Blast now replaces Frostfire Bolt for Arcane Mages.
Arcane Blast's cast time has been increased to 2.25 seconds (up from 2 seconds), and its damage has been increased by 12.5% to compensate.
Arcane Charges now last 15 seconds (up from 10 seconds).
Arcane Explosion is now available only to Arcane Mages.
Ice Block is now learned at level 15.
Shatter is now available only to Frost Mages.
Shatter now multiplies Critical Strike chance by 1.5 (down from 2).
Presence of Mind can no longer turn Polymorph into an instant-cast spell.
Presence of Mind is no longer a Talent, and is instead learned by Arcane Mages.
Evanesce is a new Talent available at level 15 - Evanesce: Fade into the nether, avoiding all attacks against you for 3 seconds. This spell may be cast while a cast-time spell is in progress and is not on the global cooldown. Replaces Ice Block. 45-second cooldown.

Ice lance is still a level 22 spell :/ They didn't lower the level requirement, just made it so that fire blast got replaced at level 22.
