So, I was bored enough re-post Artonkn's thread in the PvP section of the US beta forum. Going to post it on EU side once they fixed whatever issues they are having with their forum servers, again.
I'm pretty sure they compared the two brackets, not just level 19 and 20. That implies that Holinka didn't just give us the first reason he could make up off the top of his head, of course.

keep spamming them on twitter, what is nice about it, they can't do what they do on their forums where they close threads as duplicates, lock threads as unproductive, and flat out delete threads they deem totally negative of course based on their opinion and because they can if they just don't wnat to hear about or deal with a issue.
