it scaled by then getting bonus health while having the same exact gear as someone else. Just didn't scale well.At least make the pvp tank aura have ranks or something at certain level intervals.
giving an end game penalization that doesn’t scale to toons that are in the midst of scaling is just dumb.
by having it rank up, as the tank levels and gains new mitigation abilities, the penalty would scale semi accordingly.
it also doesn’t eliminate an entire grouping of specs from pvp leveling (and twinking ofc)
anyway. I’m excited about trees. I’m sure all is going to change over the coming months.
when everyone is full health, guess I'll just sit around and overheal/do nothing! <3
Bring back Mana Drain for priests and I’ll gladly take back the holy fire and smite buffs

Well also, not to mention as indicated here, that character is specifically built for damage. How boring would the game be if you weren't able to go beyond the confines of what the class is "designed for".
Maybe the damage is too high or whatever, I'm not really commenting on that part, merely the absolute statement of how healers should do no damage. I think it's interesting to be able to hybridize in this way, and Smite Priests (indeed, other hybrid dps/healers too) have existed since vanilla WoW, so it's hardly a new thing.
In fact, I'm hopeful that the reintroduction of talent trees will let us hybridize in this way a lot more!

I think the point of the argument is the same. They need to remove those hidden tank/ healer auras, both in world and in pvp.
hoping the talent tree system does this more than anything.

Working, got the helm. Thanks, you're a legend dude.
The key seems to be that the horde char has to be inside the dungeon when the group is formed.
This is how I did it:
1) Log in on all toons.
2) Reset instances on all toons.
3) Enter dungeon on horde char only (lvl 20 f2p).
4) When alliance chars (1xlvl57, 3xlvl20 with sub) still outside, on lvl57 ally toon invite horde toon, which is inside
5) Invite 3xlvl20 alliance toons by lvl57 ally toon
6) Make horde char team leader
7) Enter instance on all ally toons
*Edit: 7.5) Optional step: Leave instance on horde toon just before engaging dwarves to increase drop chance on the other alts (e.g. if horde is f2p and cannot trade)
8) Engage and kill dwarves with lvl57 ally char - I did not need the horde toon to engage them
9) Loot dwarves on all toons
