Lockbox-only loot for twinks since Suramar is 45+, never anything on TheScryers/ArgentDawn servers for twinks haha

I just sell ilvl 28 relics for like 1k each when I get ones I don't need. But they are indeed good.

I actually gave a 19 a few ilvl 28s and when they equipped them, they turned to ilvl 22. It was weird

just a tooltip bug, they're still ilvl 28 for the person wearing them

I think trinkets and weapons are the coolest things to proc epic, even if they are just gonna sit in the bank for collection reasons
