So yeah, SL Rares can proc Tertiary (EDIT, seems like this Trinket comes with Leech). And yes, I realize I have Rez Sickness, was exploring where a 49 shouldn't have been at all lmao.

I killed/looted this Rare (different Monster) yesterday and got nothing so must be a low chance.

I wouldn't trust Wowhead saying it has a minimum of 48, so do loads of equipment from Rares and Treasures in SL then once you get there to loot said item on a 49 it has Level requirements all over the place and as high as 60. The second problem is that to spawn it requires (for now) a Character Level higher than 49 because we're not capable up upgrading the "Table" in the Covenant. When you hover over the upgrades it's red and says requires 60. This leads me to think the item dropped might require Level 60 too.

proc from green, 1 time quest. trinket was strong at 58 to early 60 for my 60.
