The Alliance "advantage"

then our team just lost it and i had to /afk out like the usual

[emphasis added]

I'm seeing a lot more of that these days. My horde team will cap one, and then we start seeing Alliance players AFK out. AFK

And then I start making jokes in BG chat like "hey, would the last ally player who afks out please turn out the lights in the ally FR before leaving? thanks."

I've started noticing an even newer trend: ally players who afk out even before the match starts. (Hey Rÿü, I'm looking at you.)

You were in a bg with me. The toon I used was badassone. Later I checked you sent me a mail. Unfortunetly I can't access teh mailbox.

It's fair since i'm ally and I always have to deal with the 24's horde has. It gives us a small advantage against those 24's i see every bg

another alli "advantage"

just charged up the hill to the alli roof. when i got to the top, i fell thru the map and died =(

Ah, you've discovered the tear in the space-time continuum accidentally created by the Gnomish archmagus Twinklenips when she opened a portal to the hunter planet, Facerollia.

But yeah, the faction imbalance in this bracket is like a cartoon snowball rolling down a mountain made of alliance hunters.

I laughed so hard, not once but twice. Thanks for that.

I encourage anyone to go Horde. It helps you with instant queues and the Allies by helping reduce their time in queue.

It is a theory of mine that if the queue times were much better for the Alliance a few hunters may actually switch to another class. If you have to wait in queue THAT long most want to insure a win and go with the most OP class they can get their hands on. Very understandable....what isn't is grieving the opponent so they stop queuing.

I have no idea what you're getting at with that simile, but the mental picture made me giggle.

Think Katamari Damacy, but everything in the universe wears an eyepatch. ;)

I guess what I was thinking with my little bit of fanfiction is: what if Blizzard had to explain everything in-game with lore. How would they explain the glut of low-level leather-wearers? I think it would make for some hilarious reading.
