[Stratholme Lily] useless?

Here. I turned off my addons, because you have some sort of issue with them and swapped my shield for the Stratholme Lily. You'll see I gained 1 stamina, because math.

Yeah? What il is that shield? If it's less than the boa il you're doing it wrong. You suggested that I equip an il 10 offhand. Which is a retarded variable that has nothing to do with what I am talking about.

The shield is ilvl 32. Far above the ilvl 24 threshold.

Please re-read the posts everybody has spent their time on and obtain some knowledge on the subject. Not every item will increase your average enough for a stat increase.

Proof has been provided. Ignorance is not a valid defense. Move on.
 
And to point out the obvious:

1 ilvl increase is a 0.1% stat boost, which does not show up on 200int because 0.1% of 200 is 0.2.

Therefor, you need 3 ilvls to see the change, because 0.3% of 200 is 0.6 which rounds up to 1.

So just because 1 item switch doesn't show you a stat increase, doesn't mean your stats are not increasing.

1 item doesn't increase your stats alone, a combination of higher ilvl items does. Strarhome lily is one of these items. Deny these facts along with the propf others have provided and you are just ignorant. Your knowledge of how iPvP scaling works or even your math is quite poor.

Nah I still don't buy it. If you were not such a troll I might just believe your findings. Or maybe it's the fact that it's an offhand vs a shield. Changing an il 24 to a il 70 in that slot on my priest does nothing yet changing an il 32 to a il 70 on your shaman does? I call shenanigans! I would assume that I am not the only one experiencing this anomaly.

If your HP isn't changing then nothing is. So you might as well be under the "threshold" with the boa for mog reasons.

If you post your item level and stats (with lily and without) I will tell you if it's counting. Make sure you have something in each slot and use the addon to get your item level.
