Hey guys, I got really lucky and got invited into the Shadowlands Beta, I've been messing around on a level 1 Twink for a few days on there and this is what I've found so far.

Going off of this, I think it'll be safe to assume that rares that drop "of the" stats on them will be BiS because of the 1 extra primary stat. Then it'll be the random BoE greens from Bloodmyst isle (Ghostlands prolly is very similar to drops, I just haven't tested Ghostlands) then you'll fill the rest of the gear like trinkets, neck etc with Party Sync Gear.

Note that this is Beta, anything can change for when the Pre-patch / SL goes live.
I'll be updating this if I find any more noteworthy things.

I believe this was the vendor you were talking about, he's not in his TW form atm, but he sells 2 of the rings @ level 25 though : /

[doublepost=1595651165,1595636900][/doublepost]I tested "Tonys Law" I had all starting gear on and my friend was completely naked with no gear in bags or anything, he beat me with just fists and i missed about 90% of my attacks.

Heres 2 of the party sync items that I got so far in the beta (hard to get someone to sit in a party with you on beta while you quest haha) I'm not sure if they can upgrade. I'm not sure about any GF'D items either, i'm assuming https://shadowlands.wowhead.com/item=22782/sindorei-cloak-of-warding and https://shadowlands.wowhead.com/item=19024/arena-grand-master will still be GFD BiS

I dont mind being in a group while i test some level 10 stuff
