Multiboxed a bunch of boahn kills, not a single upgrade. Looks like his stuff won’t proc. Hes also 1 level above me instead of same level, and my rare addon macro didn’t target him, I had to /tar boa
Though he does still have the silver dragon border on his thing. Sucks cause his axe is really nice. But it won’t proc purple

How many times have you killed or looted(if multiboxing)

@zazzyfraz at ptr somone had to redo a quest 61 times before it procced an epic
this was a green quest item tho, but I dunno if that matters
I would keep trying, let us know tho!

Edit: As for the foremans, someone have already confirmed it can roll epic!

I killed dr witherlimb just a few times in ghost lands, and the greens were level 13 even though I was 19. Didn’t get a proc but only got like 8 loots
