not 100%
but i have farmed the 2 mobs in hillsbrad that drop 5 items on the list for a while now
and without fail they have only dropped those 5 items that are also listed on wowhead as the only items to drop from that source

the other item (cloth helm) is named after the mob it drops from in arathi highlands

yeah i have noticed that the Gloves of the Fang usually drop from a specific druid after pythas
and if i am not mistaken the Blackened Defias Gloves and Blackened Defias Leggings drop from the 2 defias mobs who are not hostile in deadmines

Yeah - gloves of the fang and the mail equivalent, Slither-Scale Gauntlets , only drop from druids of the fang. Theres a ton of them throughout the instance - you can probably stealth/skip most of the bosses to just find them. There might be an optimal path or number to kill before resetting to maximize farm time, but I don't know it. Doing WC in the dungeon finder enough will usually see them drop eventually too.

And the defias stuff drops off of the Defias Overseers, which are the 2 non-hostile mobs that you mentioned. You can either fight your way to them, kill them and reset - or you can only kill one and then run out and NOT reset. You can then use the teleporter to get to the boss just before it and the one you killed will have respawned. I don't know if its actually faster - but you don't need to use resets and you would only need to clear once per farming session. Downside is that you only get one kill per "run". Would probably be more useful when attempting to solo it on your twink as it can take a while to clear now. Stealthies may be still want to bypass most things and just kill both and reset.

And these definitely scale to both 19/20. I would assume down to 10 as well, but not sure what the minimum level it can go is.

Edit: Blackened Defias Gloves sounds like a good way to farm the defias stuff.

These defias bois bugged a few years ago. if you sap one of those 'yellow' guys and kill other one, it respawned quickly. People who knew the bug, farmed the s.hit out of these guys without resetting dungeon. I got a full bag of these items.
