Voodoo Band off Bloodscalp Witch Doctor should be another one. Wowhead doesn't show it dropping, but comments have confirmed it and I've seen a few scaled ones on the AH at random levels.

Can we remove the "troll confirms" aka Gloves of the Fang (and all the other dungeon "uniques"), which DOES NOT SCALE.
Unless someone who's NOT PHRON can actually provide legitimate proof of unique DUNGEON drops scaling, which someone should have been able to by now (considering how many people have been farming non stop since the patch)
I also believe that the general consensus is that Boahn's Fang, Rune Chain Girdle, Serpent's all don't scale either.

This is what i'm doing. Just use this page http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/19024 then, on wowhead, find the item you want, in the url, will be the item number, copy that, then just replace the item number on said link above and Walla.

says it can be epic, if the item was GFd i doubt it would say it can be epic. search for other GFd items, none of them say they can be epic

That's very good to know, so maybe they do drop.. and scale, if they say they can be epic.

Its quite possible (probable, even) that they wrote a script that searches for certain items in the database that meet various requirements (single source, quest, not dungeon drop, etc) and enabled them to upgrade. If they missed whether an item still drops, it would still say "upgradable" on the backend regardless of it actually drops.
