Shadowmourne Blood Infusion Assistance

Yo
At that stage of SM, need 2/3 folks preferrably warlocks to assist with this fun fun fun time. Warlocks can kill themselves easier than most after they been bitten, tis why i ask. (life tap, burning rush)

Perch1780 battletag. Can offer runs in return or assistance with SM for you or anything else ya need.

I did it successfully on my first attempt last week with my level 80 Death Knight.
After putting some thought into it, I determined that I would run with a Balance Druid ( Druid MUST have http://www.wowhead.com/spell=197492/restoration-affinity) and a Warlock. This worked out very well because I was able to hold aggro the entire time, get healed by a passive that is off the aggro table, and the warlock was able to life tap to death after being bitten.

This is the order which I've used to complete the task:

Get bitten > Bite warlock (warlock life taps to death) [BITE #1] > Get bitten again > Rebirth warlock > Bite warlock [BITE #2] > Get bitten > Warlock Soulstones > Bite warlock [BITE #3] > Nuke boss.

I'd suggest you get a druid/warlock to help (both have battle rez, and the druid will keep you alive during the fight). This is in my opinion, the smartest way to go about Blood infusions. If you're on US I can help you either this week or the following with my Holy Paladin (Hpals can life tap as well)

I believe I have given some advice on this before but I’ll say it again here- especially as it is more relevant that you are doing this on a sub 110+ toon.

@jwl is correct. You can reduce the number of people needed by bringing a Druid/lock with battlerez/soulstone. If you play this well with trusted friends, it’s a good route to go- but I don’t recommend it personally.

I tried this for two seperate weeks. Both time I had issues with people I brought along (random people from trade that I paid). Due to trying to minimize the number of people required, the timeline was really close for people getting MCd. Other accidents occurred with the boss getting one shot by a hunters passive trinket that was a damage proc after the hunter taking damage.

My recommendation is to take like 5-6 people with you. 2-3 healers. Do it the old fashioned way and have a specific bite order. This way there will be no issues keeping you healed or having any of the “randoms” getting MCd. I wish I did this the first time around. Although it can be a PITA getting people together- it makes this extremely easy.
