Yes... but in your bag it says +7. When you go to socket it, STILL says +7 on mouseover... but shows +3 in the socket.

The fact that it's a Russian Account says all you need to know. They're the 2nd worst about speed hacking and other exploits WoW has behind Chinese Gold farmers.

So just had WoW patch a quick update when i logged in, checked my 20 and nothing changed.

Got one of the spires drops that requires 30 on another 20 and could not equip it, which makes sense but the ones my first 20 had before they patched that change they could unequip and re-equip whenever... just assumed anyone could.

So has it been that any new req 30 WoD apexis rare drops actually require 30? And the old ones are just GF for the time being?

Only now that the numbers are so small the ludities can do simple math are we getting major backlash about scaling.

Shits been a problem since PTR legion pre patch.

Take away all our 40+ilvl gear and little will change.

I notice how very little attention is being brought to 10-14.
Most of it is about 20 maybe 19.

As an 11 twink I feel under represented in the naggings of the casuals on the WoW forums.

I just notice today that the chest enchant needs lvl11 to work! On my lvl10 it was red

11 have such stats as well 10 (crit, mastery etc), nothing decreases, as far remember.

Either way, they are still not allowed to display those players armories. If your armory is there, you may wish to report it and/or log out with different gear so it doesn't do anything. Another nerf the lumber mill trinket isnt available to anyone below lvl 15 now. Small trees require lvl 15 to harvest

What Zone specifically were you in? Any Zone that requires Level 15+ to Quest in also requires 15+ to cut Trees.
