Just an FYI, chromie time is far better for farming, even though the travel time sucks, they are up a lot more with no one farming them. The Agility ring still sucks cause you cant do it in chromie time
 
In game it says lvl 40 req, but is not red and azerite traits are not disabled. Havent restarted the game tho

HOA gives NOTHING Stat wise. Azerite Shoulders/Helm Traits are disabled due to not technically having HOA. They still seem to act as Stat sticks though.
 
Yep mine updated to being red and azerite not working without a relog. Have you replaced neck and azerite pieces are still stat sticks or still have neck on?

Edit:see post above, also they say requires HOA so pretty sure if you take them off you wont be able to re-equip. But just a matter of time now before they slap a ilvl req on them also. They seem to be a little heavy handed(for our tastes anyway) with just making the items we have found unusable. Being able to level from 10-50 in BFA makes me feel you should be able to have HOA and azerite

The demonic gate way is an on use ability that you get from that stage of the quest - atleast when I did it anyway.

agreed. boil it down to shitty game design and a ham handed decision. i can be on board with reducing it's strength to scale with character level but they really fucked the lore up and could have handled this much more elegantly. now we're stuck with this thing taking up bag space.
 
I posted elsewhere but it looks like the epic staff druids could get got stealth nerfed, unequipping won't allow you to re equip it (can anyone confirm that may have accidentally done this?)

edit 2: anybody know if it's possible to get https://www.wowhead.com/item=119380/brutags-iron-toe-boots

even though the mob is located in Nagrand?

edit 3: really wondering, because wrists and boots are both in high level zones and not sure if i'm able to loot if they're 10 over my level

omfg you're right. I saw the icon for it last time but my UI bugged and didn't work so it made me think it was just showing me what the skill looked like. I've got it now. I'm a dummy, thanks lol.

So i got https://www.wowhead.com/item=119401/sentinels-wingblade today on my level 20 hunter, just to see if it would... might be just that mob ( https://www.wowhead.com/npc=87029/giga-sentinel ) because it did NOT show up as rare which is odd.

But it was a skull-level enemy to my level 20 in Spires of Arak, and i still got the drop.

Spires seems to be lootable even though mobs are "??" or skull level

had my high level killing them and i just tagged on my 20, could loot no problem on Formless Nightmare and Soul-Twister

edit: so this means mail wrists BiS would be from Formless Nightmare if anyone cared; also staff that drops from Soul Twister is pretty freakin’ solid
