I had done no prior quest and was flown out to this spot on a second account and the event spawned shortly after being there, but then it didn't spawn for another 3-4 hoursof watching the spawn point. Maybe the quest helps prompt the event?

Update: When you finish all Phases and kill the Towers quickly, the last vendor also spawns and then they stay 5min. It appears that the attacks start each 2 hours. Before it was 22:00 now its was like 00:00 +/-

The second Vendor gives 2 Gems BOE for 160 Shards to fit in a Meta Slot:

12 Crit / 5% Stun Reduction - the other one was 3 Int / 5 Stun Reduction

And they dont say unique equipped like the others.... so im wondering... x)

Yeah I made a 10 just to see if it showed the same for me now and it did. I will know assume the initial +14 (nerfed to +5) now +5 seems to be GFd as well for 10s! +1 seems to be the new increase of Artifact for 10s. Not sure about 19s, but for 20s its still +5

Ah, so if you got the relics before they got grandfathered, you still keep the high ilvl ?

Thank you for that! Had two of the original (level 1 0f 6) in my bank and found two fully upgraded in another looking for the stuff to upgrade them with! Ha! But it wouldnt let me use the coalesced fel on the 1 of 6 versions... little bummed by that.

But even at upgrade level 1 they are ilvl 45 so nothing to complain about for a backup DH lol.

so if i complete all chapters in talador, will it fix the phasing issues when going to the aepix assault?

I have not done this myself, but I don't believe so as someone else mentioned they did this and the assault zones still did not show up. It must be gated behind a higher level questline. But it would be worth a shot. Once again I'm not 100% sure on this.

While I didn't use a Saber gem like you mentioned I test a https://www.wowhead.com/item=130221/versatile-maelstrom-sapphire and it scaled down to 2 versatility in my ilvl 44 gloves that proceed a socket.

You need a 50 with the assault garrison mission, then they kite the rare outside where you tag it

No mission needed, they are always up. Just sometimes long respawn timers.

50 cannot, that's the glory of chromie time... but level 49 gets phased in talador just like 10...

I tried it with my 49 WoD "main" toon but i really cant say that i did that content back then, was just hoping. He phased.

Could be. Maybe someone else spawned the event while you were there, so you got a one-time entry to it before you got the quest?

I haven't used chromie time at all farming WoD rares, at level 20, flying myself around on my 50

Playing sub 29. Assassination seems okay damage wise, but it's energy regen is garbo as we don't get venomous wounds and shrouded suffocation azerite trait doesn't work.

Really? Shrouded suffocation doesn't work? I heard the damage is meh, but I think its so cool that we have mutilate and shadowstep and all that. I main rogue so I tend to twink other classes! I was just curious! Have fun man! Sub is back!

you mean Voidreaver's Axe: Voidreaver Urnae? one guide lists her as smv, but her wowhead profile says spires of arak, which i believe as mobs near her are lvl ??. she's real close to the border though... would she drop loot if possible to drag into smv?

Sooo how is an affliction warlock supposed to get their legion artifact weapon when you're required to have the lvl 49 demon gate ability to get past an obstacle?

usually if you dont have an ability yet theres a little button next to the questlog that lets you. works for porting priests and warrs to an unreachable area without flying in tirisfall too. that particular obstacle sometimes has a mob to kill on the far side that ends it.
