Shadowlands Pre-Patch Check List

So question, is Azerite gear from the questline still obtainable at high ilvls? or are the new versions nerfed? Wanting to accurately update the guide.

what's old and new mean?
someone without a heart is getting 25?
how about someone who has an unequippable heart that hadn't done quests yet?
does trading an item and logging still bring up the quest and get you an unequppable heart?
 
Update:
I updated the HoA and Azerite Armor sections, basically stating they are no longer worth getting due to their ilvl being decreased to appropriate iLvls based on your character level. I also added a note saying it might be wise to start thinking about items that won't be receiving nerfs especially BC socketed dungeon gear. Thanks all for continuing to discuss your findings here and helping twinks get info efficiently!

Will pay second veteran account tomorrow, and will try to trade azerite parts. And yes, 25 ilvl is without HoA.
 
The +5 int +6 stam BC gem I had GF'd in my warlocks Whitemend Hood is now +2/+2. They also changed the Whitemend Set Bonus to inactive again just like before in BFA... So now I have to constantly tell blizzard everyday through a bug report to fix it again until they do...

This was apparently intentional, mythic raiders apparently found it and were using it so they disabled it.
 
question about timewalking, does each era's timewalking get their own rare wod mob phases, or is it just phasingon/phasingoff?

Were the high level BFA gear nerfed/fixed, what about the legion lvl 50 quest rewards? Anyone know if you can enter Timewalking TBC on a 19/20 alt yet? Was hoping to farm a timewarped The Bladefist.
 
i noticed some problems with phasing, even with same timezone, me and my main on a different account and Different servers sometimes shared a phase and sometimes they didnt, still dont know how this worked, even tho it was in the same zone each time it worked / didnt worked
 
Can anyone please explain how these WoD assault rares work, do I have to be in the WoD time? and I understand that the assault only happen sometimes, but what I cant figure out is how to tell when theyre there.
 
Does anybody have a fancy idea on how to interrupt Gibblette the Cowardly at lvl 19 with a druid (no skill interrupts)?
Incapacitating does not work on him..
