Dear 20s. Hoping you can figure out where this helm libram comes from on this level 30 mage.

From what I can tell it's not a GF'd toon. Shoulder is scryer, only other exalted rep is Violet Eye but I can't find any helm libram through that rep, just a bad shoulder libram.

Appreciate any help.

Looks like the Sha'tar enchant. Used to be spellpower/hit so I guess it's spellpower/crit now.

All helm enhancements are grandfathered, you cant even use the ones that should work on helms anymore.

Notably the ZG ones that could enchant helm or leg - were changed to only legs. Damn i wish i used it on a BoA helm before that.

Are you sure? When I farmed out the gear and when others did I don't think we got any to proc on Legion dungeon gear.

I know BFA can. I've done a handful of legion dungeons and never seen anyone get upgrades, but that could just be bad luck.
Legion BoE greens can for sure.

I've never seen a legion dungeon proc ever.

edit- now WoD can proc tertiary and epic (pitiful now, FU blizz)... but 99.9% sure no socket upgrade from normal WoD dungeons.

Well i did about 20 runs with my main and vet on EoA and my main got almost half of his gear forged while my vet was getting flat ilvl 25 blues only.

On the list i would like to add that the WoD rares from spires are now req level 30 to be equipped and are Ilvl36 items. But if u had the gear before the nerf and equipped you still gain the benefits of the Ilvl36 item. Currently using the 36 staff from there. Could prob add that to the GFD list

No such thing as "add it to the GF'd list" until it's been MONTHS or YEARS and Blizz hasn't bothered. We're what, barely 2 weeks into Pre-Patch? Trust me, shit's gonna get nerfed, even what we're wearing.

People did it on their 110s all the time. You'd just be able to do tirisgarde sound, but yes, to my knowledge that was a thing.
