I play all three warlock specs throughout the film though the majority of it is in Demo. Considering up to this point Demo has not been the strongest in 1v1 and is most useful for peels and support, a bulk of the movie features large team fights (and fun tricks with Demonic Leap; R.I.P. Double jump!).

I'm super excited for 5.2 to come so I can make Salfir 3! Inb4 big numbers in both Destro and Demo!

Loved to double jump, sad that they fixed it. But that skill was too OP in WSG when you know how and where. Love warlocks, but its seems they again become least popular class. Salf make more vids, need to promote the class more!!! ^_^

Most of it is from early 5.0/.1 and only the last two clips (arena and onward) are from '13.

That's hysterical. To be honest I included the clip because I liked the way it showed off some of the features of Hand of Gul"dan. Don't tell anyone, but it's my least favorite clip in the film - I kept it mainly for the HoG trick and the summon VW > disarm. Also it transitioned nicely into the NiN hook ;) Oh, and it included a dead Kahr.

You might think so damage wise but even in a 1v1 lock vs lock demo can escape ranged attacks from other lock specs (LoS) while others are just turrets dealing damage. A good demo wlock player will win vs any other wlock spec played by a skilled player cause of tools. Hence only demo leap, corruption and hand of guldan would probably be enough to do so.

I love warlocks and been playing one as a twink for a long time and your video looks nice till you start skeying and do some bad positioning. Trying to fear your chasers when they have corruption on them can be done but is not such a good idea either nor is ignoring to use hand of guldan on your chasers when you had the flag at some point and chasing efc. Not saw any good focussed healer fears in the vid either. A lot room for improvement if you ask me to your gameplay and selecting material for a vid. But hey this is a lot better then HU's video. I enjoyed it anyway. 8/10

I'm afraid the title for 'Toon Deleted the Most' is still in Lokah's name. ;P
But in all honestly, I only "quit" twice. (Kahr knows about the first. It was right after he helped me finish up AGM, lol. It was also when I made my one and only goodbye thread.) I don't know why everyone thinks I deleted my warlock and quit 100 times. Any other time she has been deleted was towards getting my name changed.

Just wanted to clear that up...

Not to derail Salfir's wonderful video thread! So glad to see you're still putting them out. It made me miss playing my Warlock so much. Miss you guys!

I've had Salfir for so long now that it would feel wrong if she were any other race. AKA she's too purty to be undead. Why do you ask?

Agreed, demo definitely is my preferred spec. That being said, the damage output is lesser than it should be; tools can only help you so much against flying silence shields.

I've found corruption so rarely breaks fears that it's not a legitimate risk in a casual setting like WSG. HoG / arenas are a different story... but yeah, this footage is really only from holiday weekends over the past few months; I haven't really played WoW in a while. I plan on taking some time to get back into it when 5.2 hits (damage buff plus college holiday = more wow). So... hopefully in that time I'll be able to get some better footage :)

Demo is definitely going to be the bg spec, but destro would be a better arena spec. But I'm not going to jump to any conclusions until I see 5.2 in arena :)
