While I cannot rule out that the specific track is used in those - That's not where I got it from. And aren't these things copyrighted to 1 series? Not sure.

You don't have the spend IRL money to get the Riding Turtle.... I bought mine 2 days ago from the BMAH for 110k (I'm on a low pop realm so pretty cheap). Just learn to play the AH and you can buy all the TCG stuff you want.

I was also slightly wrong. It's not from "goodbye pikachu", that's another sad tune.
This one is from the very first episode where he stands between the wounded Pikachu and a flock of spearows trying to get to them (I did shed a tear!)
