Minor Speed does stack with cloak enchant, all other speed enhancements on boots like Boar's Speed etc., doesn't stack

I dont, but i think it scales 9 or 10 intelect and 4-5 stamina.
I will obviously start farming this item. If i get it, i will let you know.

That's what im thinking. It's 1 int less than mystic tome but 2 less ilvl +the stam. If it ends up being 10int, I'm going to have to farm it.
Hmu/reply if you have it; I really want to know it's scaling.

Btw, Cer, why do you use Kellers Gridle ? Isn't the waist that drop in Stocades better, 8 intel , 3 stm, 3 crit. I think they scale the same intellect.

With this big change to the forums will u be moving all 20 "p2p (old term right lol) from the 20-29 section to this one? I'm sure many of the 20 subscribers are un-sure where to post and there a decent amount of them from what the old 20-29 section pre-tales. What about threads that encumbers 2 of the 3 tags. For example, any thread about 20 subscribers can be applied to veterans for the most part. Since all of 20 subscribers share the exact same game-play, gearing as veterans unless the veteran restricts him/herself to starter gear levels. The subscriber tag has never been used yet, should 20 subscribers just be moved back toth e 20-29 bracket and re-name this the "non-subscriber bracket". But that would make more of "us" vs "them". Im really confused on how these forums are supposed to work and what the changes actually did right now.
