This happens because of the way blizzard's raid frames work. Raid frames cannot move in combat because that would lead to addons moving low health people under your mouse or something like that. So a player gets added to the game and the raid frames visually stay the same but everything gets shifted around. To fix this you are going to want to /reload your ui.

Mouseover macros or a healing add on might be a better option. I use Grid and Clique, but I've fooled around with Healium and I really like it. It just gets kind of crazy at higher levels with 874 different spells. It's probably perfect for 20s.

/reload will work , trust me.
 
Hey guys, so my friend is making a f2p restricted rogue and needs help with deciding what weapons to use. He has an unbound shadowfang and 2 axe of the enforcers and doomspike. We're trying to figure what's BiS for each spec. We know sfang x2 is BiS for 19 twinks but is it for 20, when you can get axe of the enforcer which is quite similar in stats. Also what decides what's better to use, swords or daggers? Like i said, 19s use shadowfang, but why not daggers if there's suposed to be a bigger ambush? Is there a breaking point with some swords that makes it out-damage the daggers when you do all the math? Please let me know what is better and what matters! But if shadowfang is not BiS at all, I do believe my friend is looking to sell it if he can :) Armory here: Meld @ Darkspear - Community - World of Warcraft

Edit: is Goblin Screwdriver worth using, and if so what's the scaling and shall it x2 or just off hand? Lastly, how about using Blackened Defias Belt, I know it scales 8? Thanks!
