I'm thinking of going for camel-hoarder and mount. Possible? Only thing I could see was
to say it couldnt be done. But I've been obsessing over this post
and I really want to try it. Has there been any confirmation that it can't be done? Thoughts on how it can be?

Finding the statue is easy enough, well not easy, but possible. The problem is only one person can click it. Now, if you find one, and manage to realm hop, and find a second one, all before the real time, not game time, debuff wears off, then yes, completely doable. The problem with that is that just finding one in the first place is going to be very difficult. Then realm hopping to find a second? All but impossible. You could always NOT click it until you find another one on another realm. That would make it more doable but if you just stand there some leveling noob will probably come and click it.
While it's not completely impossible, it's not something I'm prepared to test. You want the camel? Spend $5 and buy the game. You'll probably find it in a month and you can have guild BoAs and other cool stuff, as well as a free 10 day trial of your paid account every three months that you can use to run yourself around. There's no way anyone doesn't have $5 and you do NOT have to keep paying Blizz one cent after that initial $5 purchase. $5 is only when it goes on sale, but it happens fairly often. You can probably even find some BoE or gold or whatever you can sell for real life $5 on here to someone.

when you Enter the "zone" with the boss to kill you have only 20 min, if you kite on a DK you simply won't be able to dish out enough damage, not even talking about hit rating.

Depends on how populated your server is, how many realms if any, are connected too it. How big of a twink/trial presence your server has.
On MG i might find 1 or 2 chests a day. On a dead realm i might find 8-10

There is only 1 chest of same type in one zone.
Ashenvale and Wetlands can have 2 chest at same time, since there are 2 types there. All have ~6 hr respawn time.
If you camp with more then one character be aware of that chest will disappear after 5 min once you open it.
If you constantly reopen chest (every 1-2 min) it can be sustained there unlimited.

It might be possible if both the f2p DK and high level booster have the buff. So you'd have to realm hop, find two different (correct) camel figurines and then kill the boss within the limited time frame. Pretty hard to do in practice and there's no guarantee that it'd work.

Anyone done Do it for Twinkles - Quest - World of Warcraft recently? Blacksmith Verringtan seems to be bugged and doesn't spawn anymore.

For once , when i was doing quests with my friend, i did all the quest butt he questline stopped, then i dah to go there another day to get the quest , yeah most of the quests there are bugged....

Look ,heres my idea , i get my buff to that camel hoader thing at my 90 first , get to the area , log out , then try to find one with my F2P DK , get to the area, log on my 90 , inv the f2p dk , kill the guy, and you are Done.

if you log off I think you'll get kicked out after 20 min, not sure tho

The only way to do it is to find two statues at once on different servers and join at the same time and then hope that being grouped is enough to phase you. Hope you don't get DC. Hope no one takes the ones you found and hope that the F2P DK can loot. All that wasted effort, or you spend $5. Tough call. Pure DKs. Right.
