Where are some safe fishing pools in Pandaria? Safe as in no mobs nearby.

Does it have to be a pool? There are literally tons of places to fish without mobs. The best place to go if you specifically wanted to fish in a pool as a low is to find the Krakkanon spawn area and fish there.

Pretty much every place where the "Fish of the day" takes place is safe, you get the directions from Ben of the Booming Voice
Most dangerous are Timeless Isle (tigers and cranes around) and Kun-Lai Summit ( bad Jin-yu)

My understanding is this used to be possible but is no longer possible.
It was essentially a glitch/bug. You could try to do it now but you would probably need to lag, a lot for it to work. As far as I know, no one has tested it extensively. I think the reason they haven't is there's boe gloves that scale pretty much the same for most of people's needs.
If you want more information, I would ask an old 29 or 39, they would know more than most of us here would c:
I would suggest you just look in trade for someone to make it. For me, I find it easier to advertise absurd tips, tends to get people's attention if trade it particularly unresponsive.
