I'm not sure anyone has compiled a list of grandfathered items/enchants as there are relatively few items and very few players who own them.

Probably the most common GF'd thing right now is +1 All resistances to cloak. The other common ones (that could actually be considered BiS) are Seal of Sylvanas, Aquarius Belt, Jutebraid Gloves, Fenrus' Hide ... If I think of any others I'll edit them in.

Out of curiosity, why are you asking?

Im just planning to make some 20s and was wondering which items are gfed in case I decide to buy a character instead of making my own. Also Im just talking about the items obtainable on a F2P account (19s gfed doesnt really count). Thanks tho :)

as it has already been mentioned, im not sure anyone has a complete list of gf'd f2p gear, that being said some of the other that havent been mentioned yet are Gutterblade, Inferno Robe, Deadskull Shield, Runic Darkblade, Glacial Stone, Wingblade, Steel-Clasped Bracers, Screecher Belt, Chausses of Westfall, Trailblazer Boots, Grizzled Boots, Arctic Buckler... im sure theres more that could be considered bis for a certain build, this is all i could think of atm

I definitely wouldn't pay for a GF'd 20 toon. If you have a lowbie on some account sitting away with a seal of sylvanas, for sure gear it up... but there are no game or class breaking GF'd items as there are in the 19 or 29 brackets, nor are there necessarily items that are much better than their current alternatives (we're talking for most situations an extra stat here or there - jutebraid/sylvanas are probably the most sought after).

For example, if you look through http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f43/f2p-rankings-achievements-hks-more-36832/, you'll notice that characters with GF gear are extremely rare and it doesn't even necessarily always give them a stat advantage over another toon.
 
As it has been pointed out, the idea of paying for a FREE account seem outlandish to me.
Now that gear that has been listed could actually be on a true trial account if it was collected back before they lasted indefinitely. If you do plan on paying and want the very marginal advantage +1 stam or +1 str could give you, id suggest looking into purchasing an old 19 gf'd toon leveling it to 20 and playing by free to play rules.
 
Sorry if I wasnt really clear, but I was speaking of MoP gfed items/enchants (if there are some of course). Cata gfed were never acquirable by F2Ps so I dont really consider that using them is "fair".
 
Lillhunter, how would you enable the feature to see other the person's health point?

Is it a in-game feature or an add-on?

I don't know about it because this is my 1st year playing wow.

+1 resist to back, it was used by the majority of people that bothered to get enchants
currently lucky fishing hat cannot be obtained
due to realm crossover agm is apparently much harder to get, even on "dead" realms

and while you may not consider it fair to use them, like i said before, if you made a trial account back in tbc or something, BEFORE they removed the time limit, you could legitimately have those items on a f2p account

Here's what I do usually, which works, you open the gif in a separate tab, simply copy it and paste into this reply space and bam!

Go to: Battle.net and log in.
Go to: https://us.battle.net/account/management/wow-account-conversion.html
If your accounts are under the same name you can merge them.
If there's any trouble you could try creating a ticket here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit
This will unfortunately probably not get you the help you want. :(
You might then want to just call Support under: 1-800-592-5499 (10 am - 6 pm Pacific Time)
If it's anything like in Europe, bring some time and patience. Possibly ear plugs for the horrible on-hold music.
Prepare a good story painting you as a paying customer to convince them to be helpful.

Transmog question:
Well, I'm thinking about transmoggin my Shammy shoulders and armor (both are Boas), but for the armor (mystical vest of ele) I couldn't transmog neither mail nor leather green/blue items, so my question is: The only possibilities for my shoulders will be Herodes and other mail boas that get converted to leather or maybe I will be able to transmog Stained Chadowcraft Spaulders (that is 100% leather)?

(i know this shoulders/armor got a little messy, but both are this mail/leather situation)
 
Unfortunately you can't mog them at all.

Shaman shoulders appear as leather to you because they get downscaled from mail until you hit level 40. The game still counts them as a mail item however. You can only transmog a mail item to look like another mail item, but since you can't actually equip any mail items at 20, you're stuck with the looks.

You can't even use the appearance of another mail-to-leather item like Herod's because the game considers an unequipped mail heirloom as an item you can't use yet. :/
