Good findings!! I know this is probably a stupid question but do hunters scopes get an upgrade or is it just enchants??

Yeah, scopes scale as well - so you can check which one you will prefer on the spread sheet.

Hunter scopes, leg enhancements, belt buckles, and shoulder enchants all require a high level player to apply them to an item still. This means that belt buckles won't be usable on low level twinks, and the other items HAVE to be applied to BoAs in order to be used on low level toons. Seeing as how the best scaling shoulder enchants, leg kits, and scopes are all from Burning Crusade, you will only have to have a level 70 character to apply them.

Keep in mind this is still the PTR and things are subject to change. For now, BoAs will be BIS for legs, shoulder, and ranged weapon.

Yes, I must have misread those parts of the chart. I'm thinking X-Ray over Woodchucker for hunters, unless you really need the crit.

For casters, the Sapphire Spellthread will be BIS, only requires level 70 to apply. So will various shoulder enchants requiring aldor rep.

Honestly, I still think 16sp and 15agi are the best for gloves.

Chardev claims 16 pvp power at 19 is 9.5% dont know who accurate it is tho and if they have changed the scaling but it sounds plausible.
