Thanks for clearing that up. Its very unlikely that Ill be using this enchant on my two-handed Arms warrior in 5.4.
To ask this question we need to first know what is main enchant will be. If he is going to use a static stat enchant the whole weapon swapping idea seems to be kind of pointless. Will you still be swapping weapons after a proc?

Thank you for pointing this out. Hopefully he can let us know as I am interested in what enchants some warriors may be using in 5.4.
Did you actually compare it to the new enchants or is this just a gut feeling?Crusader still looks good to me.

If you go by scaling, Crusader still gives 100 str on proc (and a heal), while Landslide gives 150 ap and Dancing Steel gives 62 str/agi.
100 str = 200 ap for warriors/paladins, so naturally Crusader stays BiS for str users so long as Landslide/Dancing Steel don't proc more often (which I am unsure about at this point).

That's interesting. I also heard that the duration of MoP enchant procs is shorter than the 15 seconds of crusader, can you confirm this?Crusader is roughly 1PPM, Dancing Steel is 2.3PPM - So it has greater up time on the warrior, but doesn't heal and is 33 less STR per proc.
Executioner is 90crit at 1PPM, which is quite nice as well
Those enchants will most certainly work. The leg enchants however won't be best in slot after scaling. Scorched Leg Armor outperforms every other melee armor kit.I wonder if the leg and hat enchants will work in 5.4 Wsgmaster @ Agamaggan - Community - World of Warcraft
Dancing Steel is quite the expensive chant right now!
I am sure this won't be a problem. The more prosperous community members will surely be ready to help out where help is needed. It is. Hopefully twinks won't run into too much trouble trying to get it.

someone should run some tests to see if the proc rate of the 2 enchants would make a difference
Also, you can't forget about the heal that Crusader gives when it procs.
So if we add this to the numbers you provided earlier we get an average uptime of 46% for Dancing Steel which results in 28.52 average strength. Compared to this Crusader has 25% uptime and provides 25 average strength. I don't think we should take the heal proc from Crusader into account considering the healing debuff in PvP and the amount of burst these days.Dancing Steel's proc duration is 12 seconds
Yes, it is great to see that there still great people left when you look at the fishy stuff that is going on in other parts of the community. When I read this people like Tapout come to mind. He really is helpful with funding twinks on BH as many don't have mains on the server and lack gold because of this. It's good to know that their are kind people willing to help people with things like this.
