US Project: GG Nineteen

"Horde or Alliance?"
I would like to play on Horde seeing as most of my friends play there.

"What class and spec would you like to receive funding on and why?"
WW Monk, my friend runs the guild Gone Fishing and asked me if I would like to join, I play Monk for 20s and am considered a good monk through the way I play.

"What do you need?"

I would need both, gear because I am exceedingly poor at the game but have a lot of skill, and a guild to just get my name out there in the community.

"Have you played in a twink bracket before?"
Yes I have, I played on Alpha Echeleon as a Druid this past TC but could not compete due to computer complications, I also play in the 20s twink bracket with names such as; Burgg, Sylenthe, Poisonhearte, Trumplordtko, Swallower, and Assimilation.

"Why do you need funding?"
As I stated prior, I have loads of skill for the game and class I play. I simply need the opportunity to show that I am one of the best hands down, I will shine with skill in no time once I am presented with the right opportunities.

"How can our funding help your twinking experience?"
The funding will allow me to strive and prove myself to the community, along with adding a very Friendly and helpful guy to the community. As most of my friends know in 20s, if I have a way to help I will without hesitation.

"How do you play your class?"
My playstyle is very Objective orientated. From defending the flag to swapping for the kill on a key enemy player. Through years of playing WoW (Since Vanilla) I have picked up the things that most people haven't. What certain FCs tend to do, even what certain Players tend to do in certain situations. I find that if you watch close enough it is quite easy to find a persons habits and from then you can use those horrible habits against them.

"How do you contribute to your team?"
I contribute crowd control, clean swaps, and even call outs to my team. In my book the more communication there is the easier and smoother things go for everyone. I also contribute a positive attitude for my team, I have premaded with players that just flat out have a horrid point of view when things start to go sour. I try my best to keep everyones morale up for the maximum output of skill and talent, that and I just hate people that get so negative about certain situations. I play 19s for fun and to play competitively with some of the best to play the game, not to deal with people trying to tear others down because it isn't working out very well at the time.

"Are you interested in competitive PvP? If so, what qualifies you?"
Yes I am very interested in Competitive PvP, as I stated prior I was part of a team for the TC this past year. I cannot really say what qualifies me to do Competitive PvP, I suppose the question is what qualifies anyone isn't it? The only thing that qualifies anyone is their own personal drive to be the best and show their competitiveness. I myself play Football and Basketball, both sports are very sportsman and competitive driven sports.

"What sparked your interest in becoming a member of the 19 twink community?"
What sparked my interest again was logging in as a F2p account and seeing all of the 19s still queing daily. That and the fact that my friend (Churleysheen) hit me up and asked me when I was coming back. I love the 19s community and always will, everyone is so closely knit its almost like a family now.

"How did you find out about / Who referred you to this thread?"
I actually found out about this thread through Burgg, I told him about Churley hitting me up and how I wanted to but didn't have the funds.
He then told me about the amazing funding program that 19s has now called gg19, and so here I am.

"Have you added your battletag and armory links to the twink network thread?"
No I haven't, figured I would try this thread before I did anything regarding 19s. I think I would find it embarrassing just posting my btag on here with no twink to tie with it.

"Can you provide us with a screenshot of your UI?"
I can if needed, I am currently just using the basic WoW UI with the addon Battleground Targets.

"What do you have to offer to the 19s twink community?"
A great attitude and a friendly guy. Anyone needs help just hit me up and I will do the best that I can to help them. I see it this way, if I can help someone have as much fun as me then why not?

"Do you have any friends or guildmates in the 19s community we should know about?"
Yes, I am friends with Brewzzwayne, Churleysheen, and Defiasx (if he still plays in the 19 bracket?).

"Is there anything else we should know about you?"
Yes, if I ever get funded, once I fall into any form of gold its going straight back to gg19. This world is give and take, not take and take. Besides this is a very righteous cause and I support it fully with all of my being.

"Do you have any questions for us?"
Nope! Thanks for the consideration!
( All of the Information was true for this class too so I just kind of Copied and Pasted )

Important: Although our goal was to integrate a GG19 funding form on the website itself in the future, recent event has somewhat forced our hand. This thread will function the same way it did on TI until we can get a permanent solution up and running.

GG19 funding is currently Open

GG Nineteen - was created to Gear and Grow the 19s bracket by:

1. Recruiting new players

2. Bringing back old players

3. Promoting friendly and balanced competition

4. Increasing communication within the bracket

*GG19 Does not support any activities that violate the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct

We offer full and partial funding packages, A <GG Nineteen> guild ambassador, event sponsorship and any ingame assistance you need to get into bgs, wargames, arenas, premades and Twink Cup teams.

Who Are We?
We are a team of Community leaders and personalities from some of the largest, most stable, and dominant US and EU 19 Twink guilds. We're all passionate about 19 Twinks and dedicated to growing the community.

We are "Guild Agnostic" and try and avoid bias towards one guild or another. Sorry if your guild isn't represented, we had to start somewhere. If you're a guild master on Bleeding Hollow you can get in contact with a team member if you have any questions.

Where is this all Happening?
GG Nineteen is based on Bleeding Hollow US, the holy land and hub of US level 19 twinking. Bleeding Hollow is a medium to high population PVP server in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Here's the deal :
We won't be giving hand outs for nothing, this isn't a twink welfare program and dedication goes a long way. If you want us to help you out, you'll need to complete a short funding application.

If you are interested in funding, take a few minutes to fill out the application below. If you are accepted, you will be given a contact, you'll be given your gear when you come to us with all your BiS BoP's and BoA's equipped

Funding Application:
Before you apply, please take the time to read through this entire thread then apply by quoting the application below. We like long detailed applications. TLDR does not apply here. The more detail and effort you put into your application, the better your chances are of being approved. If you have friends here on Twinkinfo get them to LIKE your application.

Donate to the Cause:
GG Nineteen relies entirely on YOUR donations. We've helped achieve greatness in this community and have geared over 200 individual players already but now that we are past the twinkcup donations are more important than ever, and I intend to see that GG19 stays around for years to come. "Ask not what your bracket can do for you, but for what YOU can do for your bracket!"

My Story: I am winding down my time in WoW to focus on the family and wanted to give a little bit back to the 19s bracket before the 2015 Twink Cup starts.

My Donation:
One Million Gold
300+ BIS blue items
A guild bank tab full of Bis chant vellums, glove reinforcements, leg amours, ect, an enchanter with all rare recipes on Bleeding Hollow US, if this project is successful I may donate more gold in the future.
My donation should be used:

To gear and grow the 10-19 bracket and to inspire and challenge others to follow suit and donate gold, items, and time to the cause.

We Need Your Help:
What would you do with millions of gold and hundreds of twink items? We’re using it to help gear and grow the 19s XP-off bracket. We'd love to hear your ideas and suggestions. If you can offer the project something outside of donations, perhaps your time, or a skill set; PR / marketing, events management, graphics, advertisement, recruitment, ect. then post on this thread. We are always looking for talented and trust-worthy people to help out the project.

it'd be super nice if someone just sold me a pair for a less retarded price than AH____________________________________________________________________

1. Horde or Alliance?

I would play on either faction as long as I get a full fund.

2. What class and spec would you like to receive funding on and why?

I want to play a brewmaster monk or arms warrior.

3. What do you need? (Gear / Guild)
Warrior -

Thorbias w/ glove reinforcements, 2 ring gifts of versatility, bracer - major stamina, boots - minor speed

Brewmaster Monk -

Blackened Defias Gloves with glove reinforcements, Defias Legs with Ironscale, x2 rings of versatility, bracer - major stamina, Feet of the Lynx with minor speed

4. Have you played in a tink bracket before?

Yes, i have played in the 20-24, 20-29, and 19 bracket at some point in time.

5. Why do you need funding?

I am unable to fund myself and would like to play because the pugs are really interesting in 10-19 bracket.

6. How can our funding help your tinkering experience?

At the moment I levelled my 19s, so I have no 19s to play at the moment, the reason I levelled my 19s is because my sub was going to expire in 30 minutes but I received enough gold for a wow token at the last second, I entirely regret levelling them and would like to receive funding because after buying the wow token i am broke and unable to fund myself.

7. How do you play your class?

Warrior - I will play mid and frontline, when I frontline i will make sure nothing passes me, I know the distance between me and my healers, I know when to push deeper and when to play safe, I execute targets below 15% hp, in the average pug i will probably play mid, and when we win mid i will be containing the other team to cap, so we can cap as quickly as possible.

Brewmaster Monk - I will lust a rogue at start, i will go mid and not let anything pass me while slowing the enemy team, i will try not to overextend too far from my healers if i do, i will get out with rolls or even a lust, also i can help other teammates get out of bad situations by using a mouse over tiger's lust macro, if i get into any premades i can target call.

8. How do you contribute to your team?

I usually play mid on both of these classes, if there is no mid and we are playing o/d, i will usually fc if we have no fc, or go on offense. If I am fcing i use bg targets to see where the rogues are at, i know when the best time to pick the flag and i know when not to pick the flag, i know routes through mid, when i am on offense i will basicly try to pick apart a defense by baiting people and killing them or if we have a healer i will try to push through them, i can also lust our rogue through gauntlets or whatever is happening.

9. Are you interested in competitive PvP? If so, what qualifies you?

Yes, i am always interested in competition, i don't know what the qualifications are but i have done premades in cata 20-24 on f2p twinks, i have done tons of 10v10s in the veteran community, i used to arena with good f2p players all the time, i have done some 19 realids back when i had my resto shaman a few weeks back, i don't really play endgame but I'm sure i could get really high rating its just i am really not interested in it it is missing the community aspect.

10. What sparked your interest in becoming a member of the 19 tink community?

A solid community, everywhere i go on both new and old twinkinfo, all i see everywhere is 19s, i want to jump in the action, i like the concept of no mounts in battlegrounds

11. How did you find out about / Who referred you to this thread?

I saw your thread on twinkinfo both old and new websites, i thought i would give it a try.

12. Have you added your battletag and armory links to the tink network thread?

i have not, but if that is a qualifying factor to be approved i will add my battle tag and armory links to the networking thread.

13. Can you provide us with a screenshot of your UI?

Yes i can i us "a" to strafe left, "s" to strafe right, I turn with my right mouse button, i usually hold my right mouse button down and strafe while in pvp, for keybind my jump is set to middle mouse click button, use 124567890, qwerty, zxcv and d. for addons i use juked to track enemy interrupts, and battleground targets

14. What do you have to offer to the 19s tink community?

i am really humble person, and just like to play twinks, i find myself to be a good competitive asset to any team, i also stream daily twitch.tv/neon20mage

15. Do you have any friends or guildmates in the 19s community we should know about?

i don't know many people in the 19s community but i have realided with people like scope, muskie, agntgrizzle, camo, and others

16. Is there anything else we should know about you?

I know some of you view me as a troll, i am not, i am just really stubborn and ignorant at times, nowadays i keep to myself and just game

17. Do you have any questions for us?

yes please consider my application, and don't take my reputation as a twink into approving my fund.

extra notes: i will play either faction, and i don't like playing on an incompletely geared twink. my btag is overlord#11519, curse is hunterconley

Yes, i am always interested in competition, i don't know what the qualifications are but i have done premades in cata 20-24 on f2p tinks, i have done tons of 10v10s in the veteran community, i used to arena with good f2p players all the time, i have done some 19 realids back when i had my resto shaman a few weeks back, i don't really play endgame but I'm sure i could get really high rating its just i am really not interested in it it is missing the community aspect.

10. What sparked your interest in becoming a member of the 19 tink community?

A solid community, everywhere i go on both new and old TI, all i see everywhere is 19s, i want to jump in the action, i like the concept of no mounts in battlegrounds

11. How did you find out about / Who referred you to this thread?

I saw your thread on TI both old and new websites, i thought i would give it a try.

14. What do you have to offer to the 19s tink community?

i am really humble person, and just like to play tinks, i find myself to be a good competitive asset to any team, i also stream daily twitch.tv/neon20mage

17. Do you have any questions for us?

yes please consider my application, and don't take my reputation as a tink into approving my fund.

extra notes: i will play either faction, and i don't like playing on an incompletely geared tink. my btag is overlord#11519, curse is hunterconley
Can vouch that Neon is great and hardworking person, Great player, Would be nice to have him play and contribute to the 19 community. He also has a stream which he uses on a near daily basis, and could potentially get members from other brackets to make a 19.

I appreciate the vouching!

Accepted! Please message me in game and we can discuss which faction and which class will work best for you. You can find my battletag below.

1. Horde or Alliance?

Horde

2. What class and spec would you like to receive funding on and why?

I would like to receive funding for a Discipline Priest, because the class is the most enjoyable for me and closest mirrors my favorite way of playing competitive PvP.

3. What do you need? (Gear / Guild)

I write this application to request Gear and Enchants. Specifically, rare blues and the enchants that go with them. I have fully enchanted BoAs.

4. Have you played in a tink bracket before?

Yes, I have played in the 19, 20 (pure/Guild Loom), Veteran, 39, and 70 brackets very consistently for the past 4 years, having started 8 years ago.

5. Why do you need funding?

I do not have any sort of access to gold on Bleeding Hollow, where the central activity of 19s happens to occur. I also have exhausted my rare pets as a means of transferring gold.

6. How can our funding help your tinkering experience?

I intend to push for high rating in the 19s Arena Bracket, and receiving this funding would be fundamental to achieving that goal.

7. How do you play your class?

I play it well, I'd like to believe. 19s doesn't allow for many mistakes, and I'm excited to have the opportunity to compete as a priest amongst many other great players utilizing the same class.

8. How do you contribute to your team?

Generally through the support / healing role. I have been known to target call and strategy call before, as well. I consider myself a very objective player who doesn't like to take very many risks.

9. Are you interested in competitive PvP? If so, what qualifies you?

I am very interested in pursuing competitive PvP. The following makes up my experience in competitive WoW PvP:

I've played endgame arenas for about 6 years, peaking at 2417 rating on a Discipline Priest in Season 8 Wrathful(Auve-Mug'thol, although the achievements only show 2200, I believe - who knows why; it is Blizzard). I also did endgame RBGs during Cataclysm, achieving 2200 and Hero of the Horde.

I achieved 2200 as "non-meta" comp in level 70 arenas as Hpally in Hpally/Elemental during the Discipline/Protadin meta season of Mists of Pandaria (Auve-Mok'Nathal).

I, along with Oldspike, finished 2nd in the F2P 2v2 tournament held last year, falling 1-2 against Wizkid and Flynn.

I, along with Original and LennyW, finished 1st in the recent F2P 3v3 tournament.

I have consistently stayed in the top 5 players in the level 20 bracket in the past week since the ladder has been recorded (http://eliteguilds.com/index.php?mdl=twenty).

I have competed in and helped to organize numerous F2P 10v10s, Vet 10v10s, and I have played as an alternate in the TC.

10. What sparked your interest in becoming a member of the 19 tink community?

The competition and dedication of the members of the community. If someone wants to have intense PvP in a low-level bracket, level 19s is the place to be.

11. How did you find out about / Who referred you to this thread?

I have been an active member on TI for over 3 years, and so I came to learn about GG19 as it was being created. I never requested funding before, because I was never too focused on playing competitive games. That seems to be the direction that things are headed in, and now I want to be a part of it as well.

12. Have you added your battletag and armory links to the tink network thread?

Yes, but to add them again here for clarity:

13. Can you provide us with a screenshot of your UI?

I would prefer not to. I do not click or keyboard turn, however I definitely consider my UI to be relatively private/personal.

14. What do you have to offer to the 19s tink community?

A competitive, active player who is capable of teaching or taking initiative in a leadership position as needed.

15. Do you have any friends or guildmates in the 19s community we should know about?

Quite a few, actually. Fearthebuns, Original, and a number of those in <Starter> who transferred from F2P 20.

16. Is there anything else we should know about you?

Hmm, well I've been playing competitive games my entire life. I ended last season as Diamond 5 in League of Legends, and I've played chess competitively since age 7. I even won a section of the Scholastic Supernationals while I was in High School.

17. Do you have any questions for us?

None come to mind, but if something comes up I will be sure to let you know! :)

Bop is a great player and an extremely good priest. I believe he can bring a lot to the competitive scene, along with other 20s.

1. Horde or Alliance?
Horde
2. What class and spec would you like to receive funding on and why?
Ret Paladin and/or Arms Warrior. Recently, I've only had experience playing healer in the 19s bracket and I'm interested in seeing the DPS' side of things.
3. What do you need? (Gear / Guild)
I'd need gear and enchants for either a Ret Paladin and/or Arms Warrior. Basically everything except for Leg Armor and Inscription, I already have full boas for both of these toons.
4. Have you played in a tink bracket before?
Yes, I have played at level 20 since cataclysm and have been playing in the level 19s bracket on my priest for about a week now.
5. Why do you need funding?
I don't have any high-level toons at the moment on Bleeding Hollow so I'm unable to make gold by myself, if I could I would. I've used what little gold I was able to scrounge up to make my priest, with help of my friends.
6. How can our funding help your tinkering experience?
I would like to be able to play at my best and without the proper equipment I am unable to do so.
7. How do you play your class?
Fairly well I'd say, I have experience playing pretty much every class/spec thanks to level 20s.
8. How do you contribute to your team?
I generally end up playing the Healer role although I do play DPS fairly often. I usually help decide how to play the match out and what we can do better afterwards.
9. Are you interested in competitive PvP? If so, what qualifies you?
I am very interested in competitive PvP, in 20s I've participated in multiple PvP events and have done well in all of them, specifically the F2P 2s event and the F2P 3s event which I've placed 1st in both.
10. What sparked your interest in becoming a member of the 19 tink community?
After playing at level 20 for so long its started to lose its luster, and I've always seen on the forums that level 19s are very active. I've never actually gotten involved myself but I've wanted to. Since my friends started playing level 19s recently themselves theres never been a better time to start playing.
11. How did you find out about / Who referred you to this thread?
I've visited TI often and I would always see the GG19 posts but I've never requested funding as I wasn't a part of the 19s community. Now that I am starting to get into 19s especially with the inclusion of the Arena Ladder I'd like to be a part of it. Recently I was referred to this by Original and I decided to post.
12. Have you added your battletag and armory links to the tink network thread?
Yes I have but I'll post them again here for convenience.
Flynn#1189
19 Priest
20 Priest
20 Warrior
(I have many other toons that I play but I'd rather not flood the post with links)
13. Can you provide us with a screenshot of your UI?

Keybinds may look a little strange but I've used them for a while.
14. What do you have to offer to the 19s tink community?
I'm a very active player who queues bgs and arenas often. I'm not too experienced in 19s yet but from what I do know I am willing to help others learn as I do.
15. Do you have any friends or guildmates in the 19s community we should know about?
I've joined a guild with the people who've transferred from 20s.
16. Is there anything else we should know about you?
Nothing in particular really comes to mind.
17. Do you have any questions for us?
Not right now but if I do I'll be sure to ask

Accepted on whichever class you decide. We can only offer funding for one of the two. Add me on Btag and I can help you get going. Cheers.
