I've actually managed to find an up to date one as well: Derpkin @ Mal'Ganis - Community - World of Warcraft .
Apparently the 28-29 scaling gives you a free 400 hp amongst other things... hope it's not a big enough difference to make me wanna role a 28 lol. In the end, twinks in this bracket (moonkins at least) don't take more than an evening to fully gear.

Me!...... i updated the whole patch last night before it went live and hit the play button accidentally, the arena severs were up but couldnt log in, and i got up this morning and there was an update button. It has fetching build configuration and then "Whoops! looks like something broke". I already tried everything and still not working. delete WTF folder (copy it first) and then start wow without using b.net launcher, you can paste back the WTF folder once wow is running
you may also have to delete the wow and b.net cache folders
on topic: displacer beast stacks with travel form (190%) and costumes (like deviate delights etc) dont get removed when shifting forms

I got all those on one 90. Really hoping that tabbard tab comes out sooner than later, or I'm going to need that RAF mount.

I'm going to give a go at a haste based Haunted Blade x2 Fury for fun, but at this point I have to agree with Zehj. Mortal Strike damage and Rend are just proving better than TG.
If Bloodthirst was stronger, or better yet, if Raging Blow was availible...That'd be a different story.
I mean, no doubt it's still a major improvement over how Fury was at 20 Pre patch..But that's really not saying much.
