I don't feel like checking every item he's posted atm, maybe after some coffee .

I used to farm banshee rods when they were the only wand with stats at 19. Does this no longer only drop from that rare in ghostlands?

Yea, I was interested in the caster mace he drops. But none of his loot even scaled up to level. Seems like theyre hard set at 13

I had the same results with that rare, looted around 8 times

Mhmm. Problem with a lot of these good BiS rare drops are they are <1% drop chance, and no ones knows if they scale due to them being so old like the ghostlands one.

There was a screenshot of rare lvl 29 ilvl 35 Boulder Pads on PTR so they should also upgrade to epic

edit- doesn't meant 100% it doesn't, or wont someday tho. Just not worth time that could be spent elsewhere.
