Brb gearing my warrior.

Hopefully we'll see a shift of momentum. i've noticed a huge rush of warriors in both WSG and skirms and I get it. Really there are only a small handful of warriors whom I recognize for keeping warr as their main through all expacs and I feel as though there's a special value to that. (Trendy, Noxal, Casino to name a few)
But I really do get the desire to play warrior right now. I mean RDPS have been the absolute pinnacle of DPS classes at 19 since mages got blink and druids had travel form. Now we're seeing a melee dps class that can rock - scissors a hunter or boomie no problem? That's great news in my opinion. Would LOVE for people to keep this all in moderation and perhaps step aside from the steamrolling intentions.
It's the same argument as 5 "fotm" classes in Skype rolling into wsg pugs. It's not fun for anyone, it hurts queues, but people actually believe that they aren't the only people doing it and as a result fail to see that in them simply choosing to do things differently, it would benefit the entire community. Not to mention, the games would be more competitive and they would have more fun. I guess
it's really the desire to be a powerful facesmasher vs a more sportsmanlike attitude centered around the overall love for the "game" and sympathy and respect for one's opponent.
Just a little bit of casual dialogue on the subject, not really ranting or anything. Just my 2c

You have one thing in common with them - you (and I quote) "Can't count how many times I've lost to old man Nastimyt". You have that in common with most of the twinking community back when it was much, much larger than now, so don't feel terribly bad. My partner and I (actually wasn't obliviate, by far the best twink at the time) won hundreds and hundreds of twos before we finally lost one to a guy from MYT and another best of all time player. So don't feel bad about losing every time I see you, "mate".
And for the mods sake, I hope if they don't care for my tone they realize they basically allowed an @me post that said a lot of scandalous lies...so I'm going to respond to it. If that gets me banned then that's fine, because I won't sit quietly on a forum while people I beat constantly talk trash and I'm not allowed to respond.

For those that don't have a little context, the OP primarily plays BM and feral...and constantly posts complaining about everything but feral and BM (for the record, I don't create new posts complaining about anything - I learn to do better against combinations I struggle with). I don't even pay attention to seeing him anymore as it's just another 12 honor points, but the first night I saw him with a buddy they tried three different combination of classes, multiple games each. Probably 12-15 games in total. He played both his bm and his feral, combined with a healer, a rogue, and a ret. They didn't win a single game, wasn't even close.
I really don't talk trash about arenas as I believe you act like you expect to win and honestly I'm not winning every single game. But for THIS guy to use me as an example of something being broken because "he can't count how many times I've lost to NastiMYT" is just sad.

you play a comp that beats almost anything and even when you mess up or play poorly you still win most of the time. this thread is @ALL warriors who constantly queue warrior/healer, you were just an example. if it makes you feel better im sure we could get together and list all the warrior/healer groups
face it. warrior/healer is disgustingly op thats why people hate playing against it and think poorly of you as a player for playing it

Like all combinations there's tricks to doing well...there are ppl out there who do better than others. I'm not going to break it down for ppl but there are tricks to beating priest/war with a few diff combinations. But with sader being op warriors are tough at the moment for sure. Just funny to hear a BM complain about it.
The other day I played about 1.5 hours with a guy I've never met. 19 rogue not fully twinked from back in the day and had about 1700 hp and no boas. But he asked to 1on1 me and he did better than most so called twinks so when he asked to do arena we did. So no I don't just play warrior priest...but my primary partner is a warrior and that's just a fact. We don't run it because people say it's op.

First of all this caricature that I just backpedal around and do nothing is just ridiculous. He's basically claiming to lose 2 on one to a warrior. While pappa is a beast at warrior it's sad he's 2v1 ing them. Funny, the other day my partner declined queue and I 1v2 two arms warriors and won. Weren't the best but if th class is so broken that shouldn't happen.
I didn't notice anyone complaining about war/priest on forums till pappa and I started beating everyone...just saying.

I didn't realize that so regret trash talking him as he actually queues arena instead of just forum warrioring. But given the history of the site and how this bracket is basically a popularity contest now completely disconnected from actual results, I just figured it was true. Glad to hear it wasn't.
As far as Morans bites not being enough, that's exactly the point I've been trying to make. HIM complaining about something being op is as hypocritical as it gets.

I've been waiting anxiously for someone to say priests are OP. Thanks for cracking that door. You have no idea how satisfying it is to me to see no complaints about priests being op until I started melting faces and being vocal about it. Well played.
Also the original post was about warrior/HEALER being op. I sarcastically said what is priest op too figuring nobody was ready to crack that door. What a pleasant surprise.
Priest - the new FOTM. Well, until I at something else and that is decreed FOTM.
