Fury Warrior Question

Which race would you say is BiS for a level 20 fury warrior?
Was thinking belf because of the silence since i wont be going to 29. Or would gob be better because of the haste bonus and gob jump when rogues or ferals open up on you, so you can get the charge off ?
Also, which weapon enchants should i get? and why? Im not really into the whole switch weapon macros. But if thats what it takes. Thats what ill do.

How much haste should i stack? How much is enough lol. Or is it, the more the marrier?
