Looking for; 39 boarhide legs, feathered headress, boulder pads, and pale skinner.

Are you guys positive on this? I thought these zones scale 1-60. Why wouldnt the items scale up all the way to 60?

Yeah, you can’t quest there past 20 and get items scaled past level 20. If you kill boarhide on a max level character it’ll be level 20 (as opposed to 60). All start zones are 1-20. Can also see this by mousing over your map to look at level ranges

Foreman’s should scale up to 60, but the farm is absolutely trash and it’s for mail users only unfortunately
