Many small adjustments here and there, +1 or -1. Interesting that most of my speed pieces are +5 instead of +4.
UPDATE: Avoidance and leech is also up by +1 on all of my wrists/hands/feet/waist armor.

To purchase new, maybe... I transferred over my level 10 shaman and he had it equipped no issue or req shown.

@Twinkit @Warglave So, if you have bought it you're OK? Can you equip and unequip? Normally, that level req would block any stats and block equipping, but does this type of item work differently?

How long does everyone think before this goes live? Couple weeks?

So.... the 10 i copied over can equip/unequip it no issue, all the stats show working and no level req on the item.

Then i went to old dal and checked the vendor itself, all the gear said req level 10 (to match mine) and i could purchase it fine... but trying to equip anything but the helm resulted in a "you need to reach level 10 to do that" error.

BUT ----> the helm still worked when purchased from the vendor on the PTR. Couldnt check it all, however, cuz gold.

Note the "req level 10" disappears when equipped, as many items do normally when you reach the required level.

This is a bummer for me as I recently picked one up as it is BiS for Hpal. If ilvl 24-25 one handers go unchanged, 7 sub stats with a socket leech or speed will be better for some. Now I'm wondering what Heaven's Light will be at ilvl 28? 20 int 6 stam 4 haste 6 vers?

Already checked. Its 17 intellect on PTR.

Level 19 1h go to 19 Intellect (+1) & 5 stamina (-1) and secondary stats can go 5/2 or 4/3 for max stats (7).

Level 17 weapons and OHs are nerfed and no longer worth having.

I pray to RNJesus more than you apparently. Every one of my runs was done through the LFG system. It only drops for melee dps loot specializations. If you're not a melee dps it isn't going to drop.

I ran all my toons through it over and over with a toon that could give it to them via trade. For pve farming level 1 gear you have to have this trinket even if your a caster. if your the one pulling stuff to the group you need speed.

As an Ele shaman, this doesn't pertain to me that much, but I find it interesting. Do you think that lightning shield buff will have much impact? I feel like lightning shield is never gunna do very much.
