I thought scorch had indeed become baseline spell for all fire mages but was only available at higher levels , are you sure its at level 10 ?

Why didn't Ret Paladins get buffed in DPS? They are pathetic in both pve and pvp. Only Exorcism does decent damage at higher level.

Exorcism does more damage than avenger shield at a higher level.

Is Overpower not going to be a level 30 spell anymore?

If ptr.wowhead.com is correct both overpower and taste for blood will be level 30... I was so looking forward to smacking rogues in the face with overpower on my warrior

Official patch notes still say taste for blood at level 20, and it doesn't make sense to give us that without overpower, so there is still hope. Anyone actually been on the ptr lately?

Overpower and Taste for Blood are still level 30 on the PTR as of this morning. Also the heirloom shields haven't returned yet.

There is a blue response on Ghostcrawler's twitter. It is intended to be at 20. I think its safe to leave it unchanged for now.

I doubt it's gonna happen, I can't remember who exactly but someone pointed out that Revenge and Raging Blow (being Protection's and Fury's signature move respectively) become available at lvl 30 as well, so it would be strange that Arms gets its signature move at lvl 20 (being Overpower/Taste for Blood)

stamina stacked frost mages would make decent quickcap FC's now. getting across mid = blazing speed, speed pot, frost nova accordingly, blink, pet freeze, ice floes/polymorph/frostbolt kite, repeat. *preferably with a speed rdruid.
