It is not bis at 20, you lose too much crit and haste and you do not even have the maximum agility possible with that set.

Tbh, what do I know, I tend to like to play classes that require a bit of brains to play well, rogues are about as exciting to play as slamming ur head in the door in my opnion (no offense rogues, im sure pressing ambush-evis is fun for some)
