When I farmed for it, I got probably 3 shoulders and 5+ boots epic before it dropped. Others have gotten it right away.

Kev got 3 pairs of epic boots in the space of 40 minutes today. Guild chat was a riotI have 60-70 kills on the rare. 1 Epic drop and it was the boots

Whats the most efficient way for getting the foamspittle staff? is it all oracles and roaming north to south again and again or a specific spot?

Get enough people killing murlocs in your phase that you can spawn farm one location.

37 pale skinners so far...no epic yet. Did every quest ally and horde side on outlaw rogue, no luck on a mainhand sword/mace/axe/fist fml.

I farmed this in between 5-6 battlegrounds. Took 2 greens before I got it as epic! My 5th good epic piece for this rogue now!
