Each team gets one chance to replay the game if D/C or anything else that occurs. If happens a second time, it is what it is and the game continues on.
The team can decide, but once its used up. They can't use it again.Is this just for D/C's before the game starts, or if you decide to "D/C" yourself mid game to reset the match?
Also the MS thing should be discarded. If you have over 250 ms you shouldnt be allowed to play simple

My gripe with your rules have nothing to do with it being fair. It's the simple fact that playing on shitty ping sucks ass. However, like I said in my previous post, it is ultimately your tourney. That said, it is for 200 AUS big ones, so I'll probably find time to participate.
I really disagree with the whole no weapon enchants. It cripples classes that use enchants as a crutch. Such as warlocks, hunters, rogues, and mws. I think the only thing worth banning is Crusader/Landslide. That way games may last longer and be more interesting.
Less viable classes of warlock and mage, wot? Those classes are easily top tier, and dont need wep enchants to be viable. If you need them, you're playing wrong.
