My bracket is a ghost town? We have 9-10 guilds that are current capable and actually premading weekly on classic. When I say 'in the history of twinking' I'm including time on retail, back when 29 was the most active bracket in all of twinking. That's almost assuredly before your time, since you're talking about the state of twinking now as opposed to when twinking was actually big.

must explain all the threads popping in the 29 sub forum regarding premades or the activity levels I read in discord.

And you’re right, I’ve accumulated the most twinks in the game overnight and have no prior experience or time invested into twinking outside of the classic launch or recent expansions.

not that you’d know, but I’ve mained the 24s/29s bracket for a few years on retail. Played it quite a bit and don’t recognize your name in the slightest. It was also never the most popular bracket and I’m certain archived forums may be evident of that.

now, would you like to return to the original conversation or are you still going to rant about dick measurements or whatever you’re trying to achieve here?

Well mr 'i have the most twinks in the history of warcraft' would clearly be a poster child for dick measuring, that's for sure. Again, what is there to return to about the primary topic? Its been addressed 3 times now. People are glad that dickbags like you lose one of your exploits.

not really, you see, the difference between my claim and yours is that mine had a reason behind being shared and that it actually gave credibility to the point of yours I was disproving. Your claim was just a random claim threw into your paragraph. Much like everything else you’ve said, it’s all fallacy. And once again, name calling won’t get you anywhere, and this exploit is nothing the twink community wants rid of, hence why it’s being requested activity STILL on these forums.

no, he most certainly changed up on me in a noticeable fashion after I made a joke about him when I returned to veteran premades the other week. And he most certainly requested trade glitches when he operated <druhgy and friends> and I could probably find them in our battle.net messages as well.
You keep referring to me as a dickbag too, yet I respond in an appropriate manner, despite you going out of your way to be rude? So who’s really the dickbag here?
I never claimed to be the first person to twink, or even that I’ve been here longer than you, but I’ve twinked since TBC and have spent more than enough time in 29s and have 0 clue as to who you are. Only bringing this up because of the claim you’ve made earlier; it’s in no way a personal attack *despite you reading it that way* perhaps you could share your contributions to the bracket and maybe that’d ring a bell?
And it isn’t even just people requesting the service from me. While I do get a fair amount of request (I’ve probably gotten 4 or so since lockdown) I’ve seen a handful of users post about it on the status board. For you to think it’s not high in demand would make you ignorant here. So I ask again, would you like to return to the original conversation?
 
I may of requested trade glitches from people because it was the in thing to do. I never requested enchant glitches from you when I could get them for free. Tbh I would be happy if there were no glitches in the game.
 
Twinking and exploits should not go hand in hand. I am with Falarus on this one, glad they fixed it even thought they were a thing in vanilla.

But as we can see the opinions on exploits vastly diverge and it is hard to convince people of either standpoint. So let this be a win for us #whiteknights and move on.
 
I don't care either way if they are available to 19s. Really its gonna save me some gold not being available so w/e. But you guys are being babies about it both sides. Would I have gotten it? Hell yea! Prob wouldn't use it in an even match where the other side wasn't using it though.

Wait Falarus your name seems kinda familiar. Did you 29 twink in vanilla & TBC? If so, any chance you remember a guild called Team Play or Dorcha Sai (19s)? Our guild leader was Taolord/Ecoleader, 29 rogue. We had an undefeated wsg team in 19s/29s, and often looked for other good teams in different battlegroups. I believe we were in bg 6(vengence). In TBC I rolled a Draeni 29 warrior Comit, was part of an undefeated 2v2 team with Jeromheals, dreani holy pal. We did end up losing a single match to what people considered at the time the only other undefeated 2v2 team, an orc lock and a priest (maybe undead? Don't remember) but it was in gurubashi arena on the test server; they refused to play us in arena where we could LOS =P.


I also played a draenei 29 warrior Comit and had a crazy good 2v2 partner Jeromeheals, draenei 29 holy pal."

Anyways, ur name is really familiar and I'm not entirely sure why.

Dude yes this is Comit, I am he lololol. I'm playing classic currently. I was on faera but xfered to grob because I was sick of raid logging. I'm still on bnet friends with Balroy(faze) and his brother, Tao as well but I don't see him on often.

I'm not twinking right now but I've been slowly working on a 39 rogue. Was considering a 19 or 29 since the 'battlegroup' split between timezones.

Yooooo so Falaris confirmed, was absolutely part of Dorcha Sai and Team Play, which during our prime were by far an away the best 19/29 NA twinking guilds that were apart of the multi battlegroup coalition.

You ask about contributions, I have a few stories of my own in the ways of making marks on the twink brackets and outright changing the metas. If you're interested I'd throw down some old war stories =)
 
I think it applies to the class enchants only, the 30+ AP enchants etc seem to still be working.

It's the obvious part of accepting Classic WoW as an idea, the bug abuse is part of vanilla and should remain that way imo. I don't think this sort of hotfix even exist to this day in BfA.
 
This has turned out about as expected. For fun I’ll say that with the years, twinking and little bugs and exploits do go hand and hand since twinks are the most narcissistic players in the game and want to be as geared as they possibly can be with the best of everything(makes sense, this is me too). Now this said, I disagree that this makes it okay, I am glad they are removing this. It does not belong in the game, I do not condone anyone who has done it, just simply saying that it doesn’t belong.

Its just one of those things thats like, sure... use it i guess. But you know its an exploit so you cant get mad if they take it from you.
