The stat racial choices seem to be broken for pvp as far as PTR goes for level 20s

Just tested Regeneratin' and it's not interrupted like Cannibalize when hit. In case anyone wonders.

Edit, it's now interrupted upon taking damage.

Damn was thinking that the racial was gonna be as shit as the Maghar orcs

Also didnt expect regeneratin at all tbh, was thinking along the lines of Zuljin's trait in hots where they can increase their damage done at the cost of 2% hp per attack
 
wtf. that channeled heal racial is broken. i just tested it on ptr and its non interruptible as well unless you stun or disorient obviously.

Those racial's look like they haven't been balanced yet. How do they manage to release this to PTR after so much time preparing?

The deeper this game goes into BFA the less and less I understand the logic behind Blizzards actions.

The Kul Tiran racial's are so outgunned by these it's not even comparable.

They aren't balanced in relation to ANY racial. Even other allied races.

A flat 5% move speed, compared to dark irons 2% that's only indoors?

A chance to proc a massive heal compared to the space goats shitty hot on a 3 min CD?

Chance to do massive damage proc as compared to something like troll/orc/darkiron DMG buffs on long CD?

Chance to proc armor that outstrips stoneform?

Granted, you have to change between those and choose which one you want, but they're all way better than their counterparts in other races and unless there's a lengthy CD for swapping (or you're locked into one based on spec) the ability to change those out as you see fit is broken.

How did that get out of in house testing and make it to the ptr?
 
I really do like the Embrace racial. Reminds of me aura swapping on paladins from back in the day.

Just tested them out on my 39 Restoration druid. The PPM seems rather low, but my healing spells had a chance to heal an additional 1200 (I am at 208 intellect / 31% versatility, if that matters). That translates to about 35% of the average 39s Health pool BTW.

I am going to assume these scale horribly, given that my numbers as a geared 39, are just slightly better than Lights. Although, racial abilities should only offer minor perks...There is no real reason my damaging abilities should be able to put a 700 bleed on the target, and stack 3 times...That bleed alone, is enough to kill non-hybrid twinks at 39 in seconds.

The 115 armor proc / 900+ health when receiving damage, being able to goblin glider (probably not with the flag, but still...) and regen 25% health per second, seems absolutely obnoxious and will make Twink Lord & Savior Jwl even more powerful than he already is.

Whenever they fix the PTR (its a mess right now) I'll be down to answer any questions you guys may have. They're really making up for how trashcan Mag'har was lol

Dude, agree with every line. I just don't know wtf blizzard is thinking?

This is obviously out of tune. Even if the numbers were lower the fact that you can have different auras depending on what class/what fight you're up against makes this whole concept blow every other racial out of the water.

It's off topic but also just look at the azertie trait changes over the past month. I don't even play endgame but I follow what happens up there as it often gives a good indication to how the game is performing and where the attention is being focused.

Azerite traits have to be the most complicated and difficult thing the wow team has ever had to balance around. This all stemmed from the fact that they pruned abilities in WoD and legion as 'there was too much to balance around'. Therefore they now have mundane specs (forget classes, it's not even relevant anymore) with a juggling act with azerite traits that's obviously more difficult to tune!

Which at the end of the day just get simmed and processed to the point where there's a fotm trait that makes others worthless.

God damn. I just can't wrap my head around their decision making.
