My 20s Tier List for solo-queue BGs

Just food for thought: Any class can be S tier with the right player behind the class ;)
I am thinking more along the lines of player X being either at my level or better, but yeah someone who is really bad turns a higher tier spec into a lower one.

just a quick example- Rogue is already C tierish imo but good rogues can and have beaten me on disc for underestimating them. Like coffee and odin have sent me to the gy for not taking them seriously because rogue.

Honestly its always hard to tell, never seems to be a real balance of twinks on ever... right now there are tons of Horde twinks on... tons of alliance levelers... soon it will be all alliance twinks... there might be 1 or 2 games where they meet.

It's rare that you get to really test your true metal out.

Just wondering the thought process on why you decided to put Disc over Hpal. I dont know disc all that well so maybe I am missing something. @Derpyslave

Disco priest is hands down the easiest shit to play (I implore you to make one and just gear it with cheap ass i22s even or non gem greens... it will make you sick of your current healer choice even with that gear). No offense or butt hurt... but its cheesy good... and the survivalbility is off the charts even with glass cannon gear... also why it is so powerful. It also has the lowest ceiling to be in the "good" range... not great... but you can pick one up... gear it with some rando greens and be S tier easy. And even just by spamming random dps shit you can do 80k plus in damage at range, while keeping up the same healing as everybody else.

You have two schools so when you get silenced you don't care... they have almost no mana issues, and their base healing numbers are the best all around. Its just S tier... by a huge margin.

It's just the LOL-Resto of SL. Low respect, huge reward.

Probably because of its double spell school for healing + a good toolkit overall.

Yeah, twink premade vs twink premade games are probably the best games I que into but they are super super rare it feels like.

I play allot of classes solo. (priest/mage/hunter/shaman/rogue/paladin) Idk what criteria is being used but I can tell you the one that frost mage has been the most fun even in bad scenarios and that prot paladin alawys has something to contribute.

I think this is as close to accurate as the list is ever going to get. Thanks for all the feedback, peeps. :)

The final version isn't bad, btw. Tons better than the first version for sure. I mean, I also disagree with several positions, but overall, well, not a bad job.

I've never played Demon Hunter, is it not even worth making one?
DH is fine. Tier lists are a mess in general (and this one specifically) mostly because no-one can agree on a basic definition of terms like "impactful", what they're looking for in a solo que experience, what to expect various specs to be capable of, or even how different classes are kinda worthless on some maps but excel on others.

Make a DH if you're curious. They're outstanding node guardians and incredibly useful for pressuring areas of the map. Just dont expect "lol killed you in a stun" damage.

Why is spriest #5 have u seen me

I dont get warriors being number 5 or 6, specially for solo queue.

Of course this all depends on which spec you play against them. But for example, on my Mage, a warrior will pretty much never be able to do anything to me. He'll be slowed (no CD on that slow) as soon as he's in range, and I'll have my blink saved for every single charge. I'll then still have frost nova, invisibility and alter time, just in case. And Polymorph. It does take time to down one, but it's just a matter of time.
And I'm not sure they'd fare better against hunters or other strong range classes. Priest and locks might have a hard time to shake one off though, not sure.

Only time warriors kill me is if they have any help from another class, but then we're getting into 1 v 2.

Not bragging or anything, i'm probably a pretty bad player overall, but warriors at 20 really dont register as a threat to me. They do a lot of damage when they finally catch up, but they almost never do.
