Must have weapons for Rogues

I've been trying to encourage 59s to run these weapons for a while now, but it should be pretty evident of their power watching Pshero successfully using them in 2800mmr arenas.
They are a solid choice for both Outlaw/Subtlety, consider grabbing them before the potential nerf.

i use em at 60, they are fun. Outlaw can proc it with pistol shot too =)

Someone was saying the effect doesn't work below 60, which is what wowhead says. that is wrong then?

I cant confirm, I am just encouraging players to give them a shot. I see no reason as to why they wouldn't work below 60?

This is why

[doublepost=1540569237,1540569112][/doublepost]It kinda sucks because there are sooo many sub lvl 60 items that don't work before lvl 60 and some don't even scale past 60 anyway. This weapon always required lvl 55 afaik or sub 60 at least and therefore it probably should had been working in the past? But if it doesn't work this is most likely the reason that the proc requires a higher level than the item. But I can't confirm.
