Mocha's 5.4 Updates

not really enchant related but the stats of most elixirs and wizard oil have changed

living steel weapon chain gives about 8 expertise, i doubt thats worth it

Right now i'm liking assas with double ele. Has the most opening burst i've ever seen. It's only downfall is when a target isn't dead within 5 seconds. Would be amazing for shanking people in mid and short 1v1s. May just end up using this in WSG instead of dancing steel. We will see.

Has anyone tested a way to get shoulder chants on none looms (boe). Ie- get the rep for bc shoulder chants on your tink and apply. Or any thing else creative?

Gliiese no wsg's have popped yet.

Apnea can I please change your TI name to Apnea

Yeah go for it as long as it won't screw anything else up :) Gliiese was my first 19, hence the TI account creation with the name.

Anyone know if 2x heirloom maces are still solid for 19 rogues without Fangs, or if I should switch to daggers/swords? MY WHOLE WORLD IS UPSIDE DOWN.

edit: because I don't want to enchant weapons that may not be worth enchanting

I honestly have yet to try EF mh dagger as sub. If that proves to not be as viable as DW fang than DW boa swords /maces will be just as effective. Just remember EF's proc is affected by haste and SnD which is really sexy.

I personally was thinking about if I kept my fangs with +15 agility for a one shot ambush and then switch to dual boas with EF for longer fights / burning people down.

Assassination with EF literally cuts through someone upon initial mutilation but after the first 3 seconds or so it's super slow. Insane initial burst though, crutch thistle tea I guess.

what would be best for feral druid weapon?
I have no clue if I were to guess it would still be Lava BOA 2h mace and I feel as though ferals would benefit more from a constant enchant that increases their crit or AP than a damage proc such as EF.

I haven't seen a feral in a long time and I really have no clue, but last I remember their damage was already crazy enough with crits for over 1000.

Try to seek out a feral in the 19s bracket... I haven't really played a druid since wotlk.

I don't know if this has been stated or not. But Throw Triggers Elemental force. This is amazing.
Yep mentioned in the first half it's very awesome. It's almost like having Shuriken Toss at 19. The intial throw damage + poison + EF makes rogues much more viable out of melee range than they used to be.

Back in TBC rogues were throwing for 50-85 and sinister strike was 70-120 (to put it in perspective) so throw was extremely useful... However as of MOP it has been much less useful and more used for breaking bandages than being any sort of viable damage source. With them now proccing +110 damage, +poison, +initial hit it's going to be much better for getting that KB on the boomie who displaces back when he comes upon an actual challenge lol.

Boomy heals will probably heal thru it quite easily when displaced but you are correct, its a lot better than throw 5.3 :).

SnD does not yield more EF procs. RPPM is only effected by haste.

SnD does not yield more EF procs. RPPM is only effected by haste. Sub definately would be better for a long drawn out fight but realistically rogues are used for shanking in mid or killing most EFC's at high stacks which usually won't survive long anyway in an average pug.
