Given how both enchants have 1 ppm then yes....... >.>

except they both have different proc mechanics (rppm and ppm) with ds being able to proc from spells. ds also has 2.5 rppm compared to mongooses 1 ppm

no idea where u are pulling ur numbers from

I never said they did. They are completely different types of enchants. Mongoose increases your overall damage in all areas, energy regen, haste, attack power where as EF merely drains HP. EFx2 may be better burst-wise wise but seeing as how switching one out for mongoose which increases again, energy regen, haste, and AP (in addition to the defensive benefits) couldn't hurt any could it?

Many people have actually asked me about EF + Mongoose today. So here's a SS for everyone's curiosity..... >.>
 
NEW FIND

Glove Reinforcements were said to be +18 stam but they're really +24 stam and can only be used on Boe or dungeon drop gloves (still have yet to test dungeon drop gloves, if someone else could do that I would appreciate it)

Trade the level 60 your boe fcing gloves (thorbias/bristlebark) he can put the reinforcements on the gloves without them binding and trade them to you.

Has anyone actually played with any of this live in WSG?
 
Can someone check if Enchant Off-hand: Major Intellect and Living Steel Belt Buckle are working? The later is to apply a socket to the belt, it might work, who knows.
