I expect that when games start popping there will be A LOT OF QQ about damage / burst. This is something that the community must cope with. Don't be surprised to get 1 shot. Sure it's probably going to suck for a bit but just suck it up and make it fun for you
This just in... Big Bronze Bomb is now a 3 second cast making engineering absolutely unviable WITH THE EXCEPTION of being able to equip your Libram'd Engineering Goggles (Green Tinted, or Shadow)
Glove Reinforcements were said to be +18 stam but they're really +24 stam and can only be used on Boe or dungeon drop gloves (still have yet to test dungeon drop gloves, if someone else could do that I would appreciate it)
Trade the level 60 your boe fcing gloves (thorbias/bristlebark) he can put the reinforcements on the gloves without them binding and trade them to you.
Pyrium Weapon Chain no longer hit caps your white hits making it practically useless.
Deadly poison dot tics for 180 are cute.
For rogue: Nighstalker now increases your stealth ability damage by 50% (ambush) ambush was buffed in damage (12%), hemo with dagger was buffed (232% with dagger), recup was buffed (4%), eviscerate was nerfed, Evasion increases dodge by 100% but only for 10 seconds, Mutilate increased to 280% up from 200%, Sinister strike now does 240% but energy cost is now 50 energy.
Elemental force can proc off throw.
bandaids are severely nerfed
Ambush as sub with subterfuge instead of nightstalker reduced my ambushes from 1100 to about 600
Lifeblood = 94 haste bonus.
Shoulder boa enchants are working.. Mine had +11 stam +6 pvp resil on them since early WOTLK. You can mail your boa shoulders to a level 70+ to enchant them with the PvP shoulder enchant and mail them back without the shoulders binding to your 70+.
Head enchants are working and grandfatherd making my green tinted goggles + 100 HP > Lucky Fishing Hat.
Leg armors can be applied to boa pants without them binding. See below for stats.
Scryer / Aldor shoulder inscriptions DO NOT CAUSE BOAS to become soulbound. However, Aldor enchants are superior if I'm correct. THANKS SILIN.
Windwalk proc only increases a rogue's dodge by about 10% and increases his/her speed to 124% making it unviable at level 19.

Right now I'm rocking sub with dual ef and my hemo's are around 180 noncrit (i'm not even enchanted yet) my EF procs are at around 115 and procing nearly every single swing. Poison's are still doing great damage. Note this is all on NPCs with no resil factored in. It's going to take a long time to figure out the best way to go for rogue with the best enchants and balancing stats for gear. Ef's utility against PvP target's is yet to be tested.
More info on enchants that pertain to rogues :
Enchanting your boa rings will not give your alt the enchant although the enchant does scale down it is still red unless your alt has 550 enchanting. (ie it doesn't work)
As of right now it appears rogues will be going for AP + damage proc for dps and switching to a set based heavily on dodge /stam for suvivability. Resilience really doesn't do anything at all at 19. +12 resil equates to +1.72 % which is nothing. Elemental Force is basically proccing every weapon swing for around 110 damage. However, against PvP target's it may not be as effective.
Rogues might as well just used 2 boa pants 1 for fcing with Drake Hide and the other for offense with Scorched Leg Armor
Here are 2 screenshots I took one rogue was sub with +EFx2, +19 AP to bracers and +5 agil / speed to boots. The second rogue was Assassination without skinning, without herb, +EFx2, +19 AP to bracers and +5 agil / speed to boots. both rogues had the PvP 11 stam +6 resil shoulder enchants with +41 ap + 17 crit leg armors. You can use some of this information for your own calculations
Here's a SS of me doing the same thing as sub but with 1 EF equipped and agil offhand. Not nearly as effective
