EU+US lvl 20 ilvl 28 boes

grabbed these puppies today, pretty stoked about them. never seen these scaled to lvl 20 before.

I am almost certain they're bis for any mail user in this bracket, in bgs at least, not too sure ab wpvp.

They go nicely with this piece I also have stashed away

I wonder what these gloves are worth and whether I should use them myself or sell them

Just thought I'd share this, I have never seen these before so I thought some of you would find it cool. Please share your 28 il boes, I'd love to see them.

One thing I’m curious: what ilvl are current scaled ilvl 28 BoEs (like the ones mentioned in OP and this thread) on PTR?

I know dungeon drops before patch 7.3.5 scalings will be ilvl 25, and scaled dungeon drops during and after 7.3.5 will be ilvl 23. What about scaled ilvl 28 BoEs on PTR?

You will end up getting alot of blues that are exactly your ilvl, its worth it.

Do you have to be on a level 20-29 (whichever level you want it on) with the same loot specialization for it to get it through this method? (ie- be on level 20 hunter/shaman to get the Thorbia's Gauntlets?) I tried farming a bit of chests last night on my paladin, and it didn't seem the items were scaling up.

9 stam to my knowing. Idk anything about 12 unless it's 9 scaled up to a higher lvl.

Original enchant is +24 stam, it does scale at lower levels however. The enchant is called Glove Reinforcements, and can be applied by a level 60 or higher character. The item stays BoE after the enchant has been applied, like with most enchants.

So i got a lvl 20 belt and shoulders ilvl 28. both bought on ah for around 1k each. also picked up a lvl 20 ilvl 28 keller's girdle, but sold it to mate.

ilvl 35 gloves, 35 neck, 45 shoulders, 45 rings, 55 boots, 55 bracers. all armor types. not boes.
