Its mail, and the sats are looking good, i got this on PTR while i killed a random NPC in duskwood

I have three (3) Fortified Bracers of Aurora/Fireflash. Them pants won't drop though. In some cases those green iLvL 25 BoEs are BiS.

Yeah, things like scouting tunic and other green BoEs seem to be BiS,

To add on to this with some background for people who didn't look into it during legion...

Anything that drops from a specific NPC (talon of vultros) or from a specific zone (shadowfang) will scale to the exact level.

World drop weapons will scale to have a required level of 17/22/27/32/etc and have an ilvl that is 8 higher than the required level. So something like Weighted Sap might require level 17 and be ilvl 25.

World drop armor will scale to have a required level of 15/20/25/30/etc and have an ilvl that is 8 higher than the required level. So Feet of the Lynx might require level 20 and have an ilvl of 28.

All of those scale based on who loots the item, unless it comes from a chest. In which case the default ilvl and level req is used.

So is there no difference between greens and blues?

1) World drops can be found in dungeons too, isnt?
Zone drops are only related to dungeons?
So, feet of the linx found in a dungeon will be considered world drop and will have ilvl 28, isnt?

2) The people put images in this post about:
(weapon) vultos req20 ilvl 26 -> the ilvl of the npc(only rares?)/specificZone follow any rule?
(armor) necrology gloves req20 ilvl26 -> the ilvl of the npc(only rares?)/specificZone follow any rule?
green (armor) fortified leggions of aurora req20 ilvl25 -> the ilvl of the npc(only rares?)/specificZone follow any rule?

3) Not all the npc(only rares?) drop req20 if farming with a 20, isnt? I read it in https://xpoff.com/threads/green-boes-from-rares-are-now-scaling.79904/page-2 (page 2)

4) WorldDrops/npc(only rares?)/specificZone can be looted by different armor type people, isn't? (this specificZone cloth item dropped on my leather druid. Don't know if its a bug)

Mindthrust is a zone drop not a world drop.

Currently farming solo and doing it fast but there is need to resummon voidwalker all the time (also mobs are using CC) so it will be good to get healer for faster farm. P.S: im not sure that blue BoE's will be 28 ilvl, cuz there is dropping a lot of green stuff 16-23 ilvl so may be it is waste of time.

I tried this method yesterday for 2 hours on my f2p druid. NO blue boe items dropped and NO green items scaled to required lvl 20.

I mean if you can confirm whether or not this is true, then I don't find it to be a waste of time. It eliminates potential possibilities. If I was EU, I would be down for this. Good luck, and maybe post your findings here?

Got 4 pets, 0 blue BoE :\ Im farming ~20 mobs per minute, so i've killed ~4000 mobs already. I'll farm today ~5 more hours and tomorrow ~7-8 but if there will be 0 blue drops then i'll stop it probably.
